Professor John D Lin always delivers a great speech. It's amazing to see him speak about his story with such great flow and noticing all the small little details that he has taught me 7 years ago. It takes bravery to be so open about his personal life. The message he conveys is eye opening.

Wow! My former professor 😮 … thank you for sharing. This TED Talk resonates. Men are often too proud or prideful to seek help - I am no exception. But I feel confident now to find the help I’ve long needed. I enjoy helping others even though I struggle in silence. From QCC 2009 to USMC 2013 to now my MBA at GSU - I’m no longer ashamed to say “I suffer from Mental Health Challenges,” thank you. I will seek much needed help (R/S Nelson)

As a guy, it's refreshing to see content like this that encourages us to prioritize our mental well-being. Let's support each other and normalize seeking help when we need it. Together, we can make a difference in our own lives and in the lives of others. Thanks for sharing this!
