This is something I’ve been looking for through the years…a digital piano with piano sound only, without buttons and lights that make it look light an airplane clockpit. I better start saving up some money now.
Thanks Leona, much appreciated! I'm assuming you mean the actual RECOVERY song I did at this link: ua-cam.com/video/bt_NxzoDMAc/v-deo.html (not related to the current review video you left this comment on). Regardless, thank you for your generous comment!
When something is plugged into the Headphone jack the internal speakers are cut off. When something is plugged into the OUT jack (for external speaker/PA/etc) the internal speakers remain on.
I just ordered one sounds great can't wait to get it to play piano
Can you imagine having this back in the early 1990’s. It would have been mindblowing!

Loved your RECOVERY song & watching your soul being played right into each note

I received a notification from Donner that they now have a DDP-80 PRO version. I would like to know what you think about it.
Love the look but the sound seems thin and lack of depth, am I the only one hearing that?
i think i know what you mean. have you decided for any acoustic piano ?
It's very thin sounding. My Fazer acoustic upright is very bright sounding but in comparison, this Donner makes mine sound like a Steinway grand.
Well said
Great review.
❤❤😊❤
Woodburning figures should be graved outerside of the note stand rather than nearside of the keybed so that the audience can see it :)
Yes, great point! But this is how they do it at Donner... they should consider doing it on the audience side!
@@PianoManChuck May be on both sides.. :)
Do you know if the speaker is cut off when you plug-in for external speakers
Does it have any panel residence or key resinence residence

Is this a hint Chuck
It kinda beats the French Horn.... were you planning on starting a band with Susan?
@@PianoManChuck lol..have wanted to play for years. And I could laugh while playing, unlike playing a horn.
Is tis an unpaid promotion?
I'm not paid for ANY of the reviews I do on my channel.
Unfortunately, the engraving is not something they offer anymore.
