I went for my first run with this head lamp this morning in the dark , and in the rain and it was great I ran through the local park that has no lights and it saw me through . It is a great head torch , if your doing work with it the strap is sufficient , but if your running which is why I bought it then I would recommend sewing another strap from the front to tbe back as I did and it will hold better on your head . The strap the torch comes with is adequate for light movement but not for running as you bounce more . But all in all it's a great torch, and I highly recommend buying it , it is such good value , and more than half the price of other torches with the same power ..
It would have been nice if they made it like the Nebo Transcend 1000. No battery removal for charging and no knob to turn for light levels. Just more work for a busy guy. I am getting the Transcend 1000. Less hassles.
I hate to tell you this buddy. But you put the battery in backwards I did research on it cuz I wasn't sure. The USB C charging port facing out when installed correctly
Stupid head strap. What’s the point of the grip on the light just to cover it up with the strap. The 1000, had the strap figured out. Just their plastic was shit material.

Mine came from the factory with the 18650 cell flat side towards the removable end cap. YMMV
