So numbered weapons are like the same technology used in Tokyo Ghoul where they turn captured ghouls into weapons.

Kaiju No 8 is probably the best manga to come out in a while. It's pretty much World Trigger but they're mostly adults and fights monster. Kaiju No 8 reminds me of Kurama cloak meets One Punch Man not powerful but strong enough to hold its own. The fight scenes are epic, the enemy is a real threat, the action is much more impactful and world building though minute is still existent. You really feel that sense of danger reading this manga. Something we haven't seen in a while.
ehh read it since chapter 1 released, it incredibly generic with awful pacing, number 9 has been an awful uninteresting villan for a while, world building has been almost non existent so far and there's been too much flashback for characters people don't care about. sure the first 40-50 chapters or so are great but eversince the monster invasion it's been non stop slog
there's better mangas released in the 2020's.

17:17 There is a lot of Kaiju in the series that have Godzilla-like features, usually dorsal plates but in overall body shape aswell, even No.8 seems like a humanoid Godzilla in some aspects.
While others possess high combat levels, Kafka's compensated it with his keen knowledge about physiology of Kaijus making him not just immeasurably strong while in his Kaiju transformation but also extremely knowledgeable about the other Kaijus...
but seriously, who needs combat skills if you can just one shot the enemies? He's like Saitama but more monstrous.

Question: Does Kafka have the ability to revive other Kaiju like #9? Here me out, In that chapter where he save shinomiya he dares the corpse to arise and it starts the. He apologizes to it and ask it to stay dead at it falls. Could this be foreshadowing for a hidden ability?

I'd say kaiju no.1's ability is more so like demon slayer's see through world. Sharingan doesn't see through people just helps you see faint movements essentially making it seem like they're in slow mo.

Basically, Kaiju #8 is the Ulquiorra of kaiju, where instead of excelling at combat in exchange for sacrificing a high regen rate, it kept everything in play and ultimately mastered it all.

(Just my stupid theory) I think Kafka can only achieve 2% combat power of the combat suit. Because for Kaiju's fortitude level is measured upto only 10.0 (it can also be considered as 100% as combat suits of Defence Force) So Kaiju's combat power is 98%, which lacks only 2%, which will be achieved by Kafka and make them complete.
