吴碧霞，1975年7月23日出生于湖南省常德市，中国音乐学院教授，博士生导生，中国著名花腔抒情女高音歌唱家，被誉为“中西合并的夜莺”。

1996年，获得文化部全国声乐比赛民族唱法一等奖。
