Another great video. It's amazing to see how you can transform a simple tea light into something amazing. Who would have thought that you could make a torch from tea lights. Great idea. Thanks again for sharing.
Really great job on this one. I was thinking of embellishing the oil lamp with a bracket that would hide the slit cut for the LED connectors. That is of course, if I ever get around to crafting one myself. 😉
really original take on the led torchlight. good production value on the video too! I'm interested in the chests and other wooden scatter terrain shown in the last shots. Hopefully in a future video!
Hey landvaettr's Lair, Good day to you. This Crafting LED Torch Corners and ALL the items at the end of the Diorama Turned out EXCELLENT and Super AWESOME! Very Creative work. Thank you for sharing your time, talents, great ideas, skills, tips, and Super Fun Creative videos. Take care and wishing you the very best. Been watching your videos a lot and giving them a like. Very inspiring ideas. Subscribed, liked, & Shared. edit: Keep up the great job. Thank you once again. Back to more videos. :D
Yeah its a pretty easy craft, even if it requires a bit decterity with the tealight part. However if you gonna craft it I suggest not going for such a overhang for the lid, since it'll get stuck in corners, id suggest cutting it flush with the rest of the piece. Cheers!
I like your torches. They are very nice. You should consider Wyloch's video on how to make your own LED lights. It really isn't that hard once you sort out how they work. You can then make your lights in any configuration you like without having to hide the battery holder and switch.
Elderos5 H and thanks for your comment! Yeah i have a sawering iron now and have already experimented and created a few pieces with it, very useful when you wanna make very thin torch holders! But this tutorial was also meant for starting crafters to be able to make an easy piece without fiddling with the eletronics. 😃
Landvaettr's Lair Yes, I understand. They are very nice, but I see projects like these and my brain starts popping with ideas. Oddly, it doesn't do that when I want it too, though. Go figure.
Landvaettr...Very nice piece and technique. I see myself putting these on castle or town walls. I really like how you think of modular pieces as well when you make a build. Another great video my friend. Thanks again for your time and effort. Cheers!!
Ron Smith you're very welcome ! Yeah these were originally designed as removable crenellation for my tower! Then i figured they'd also be great as corner pièces In a room. 😉
Merci
Hello! I need some advise: How can I handle bad DnD players? I just came back from a game as a DM where 1/3 of the players actually played the game and the other 2 slowed it down to the extreme and made it so slow that they themselves became bored. How can i tackle this? They didn't say what they wanted to do, and I mean this literally, they didn't say where they wanted to go, nor what items they wanted to bring or interact with or what character they wanted to talk to. How can I as a DM handle this behavior? Example: I told them 3 times when they entered a cave on the hunt after giant bats (to drain the venom to create a epic bow for one of the members) what was on the ground (Sand, small rocks, bones and giant shit) and the two of them had to ask a fourth time what they saw on the ground when entering the cave. It's like they didn't want to push the story forward themselves yet wanted the story to continue. I'm left baffled. They talked to a rebel blacksmith for 2 hours when it took 2-5 minutes to get what they wanted and continue on with the mission. They are drunk or high and tired yet desire to play a game they don't actually play. I am drunk myself but right now really frustrated. Please tell me how to help these people. Thanks and take care! Max
Hi max, Ok so i'm way more experienced in matters of crafting tutorials than actual DM tips but here's my advice: Do NOT play while high, drunk or tired. Neither you, nor the players. This is just asking for trouble. Sure you guys can have a few drinks during the session IF the players can handle their liquor but nothing too over the top, otherwise might as well get properly shitfaced and forget about rpj altogether and try some random drinking game. This could actually be the reason why they asked you so many times what was on the ground, you know, being drunk or high you just forget stuff like a dumbass. Srry i dont exactly understand what you mean exactly by "rebel blacksmith"...however keep in mind when PC's are stuck on a loop with an NPC for some reason you've eventually got to find a way to get the strory going. And that means either submit the NPC to the player's demands, or alternatively make them properly fuck off without any kind of resort...But honestly your main issue tonight is probably alcool, drugs and sleep deprivation. These three are usually incompatible with concentration or ingenuity, that are the amongst the most important skills of a decent RPG player. BTW I've already been in the same case, that's why I actually gave my input. I'm also drunk as well. But I'm not DMing, so it's ok! Goodnight and good luck with your group mate. Take care as well!
Hey man! I followed your tutorial to build one of these to light up my dice box/rolling tray that I built. It turned out amazing. Here's the finished product: ua-cam.com/video/qzW1S0SKOWc/v-deo.html
Genius! You also opened my mind on how to use foam board! Thanks 😊
You are very welcome, glad you enjoyed the tutorial !

I love your stone work and colors.
Thanks, very easy to obtain as you've seen!
These are awesome.... adds a nice touch to the dungeon!
Thanks, not to difficult to craft either, even if i'd use directly led diods and the soldering iron I now have if I have to redo this kind of craft!
Really enjoying your LED tutorials. I started a fireplace today.
Cool! Hope the tutorial was useful.
Really great job on this one. I was thinking of embellishing the oil lamp with a bracket that would hide the slit cut for the LED connectors. That is of course, if I ever get around to crafting one myself. 😉
Yeah go crazy there's always a way to modify/embellish the pieces!
Je me suis lancé aussi dans les special effect … merci pour tes tuto ils sont très clairs!

Hi! thanks a lot for your support, much appreciated! I'm currently editing the begining of the next tutorial so stay tuned! Cheers!
I really like the soot. It's a really nice touch and it's subtle, too!
Your creativity is inspiring. Love the interior tower scenes.
mhxistenz thx !
Simple and awesome, definitly gonna make some.

Awesome....definitely going to be making a few of these for my own D&D campaign; thanks for sharing your secrets!
Ray Gibson you're welcome. Regarding crafting there's no secret to be kept as far as i'm concerned. Craft must go on!🤘
ooh, I've been so excited to try these! Glad to have found your channel, I've subscribed and am working my way throufh your entire catalogue
