I do that too sometimes. CDs are great for road trips.
I really enjoyed this video. I've been collecting CDs since they first came into existence. I own over 10.000 and counting. I remember when I used to burn mixed CDs for my co-workers and my friends. I wish I could still do it. I have so many of those CD carrying cases. They have all the mixes I've made for my friends. I like to keep copies of them for my own listening pleasure. I wish I had the time and the patience to enter all my CDs into discogs but it would take forever. Maybe you could do it for me. LOL. I glad to see that we CD collectors still have a voice. Great video.

Great video! I mostly listen to Japanese music and own over 800 Japanese CDs. A lot of the releases I have only exist on CD / Have never gotten a digital release. It's always awesome to see other young people collect CDs. I really love when albums come with little goodies like a phone charm or key-chain. I really like that you mention bonus content!
I haven't tried vinyl yet due to not really having a desire to do so. I'll have check out vinyl at some point, though.

Thanks! Your comment was fine and made complete sense. I have 3 or 4 Japanese CDs, and they're really cool! I've never gotten a keychain or charm with an album, but that's an awesome bonus. You should try vinyl one day!
CD Vs. Vinyl that does have a plus side to the CD. Vinyl will have 40 mins or less and the CD version is 60 mins. you have a shorter edition. one good example of vinyl and the lack of time per side. Pink Floyd - The Division Bell on the original vinyl version had to be edited to fit a single 2 side album. now it was fully restored and issued on a 2 LP set. imagine listening to your favorite album on CD or Cassette and its 60 mins and the vinyl is 50 mins. some other notable albums from the 80s had the standard songs and when the CD came out they added 1 extra song. Michael Jackson - BAD had 1 extra song on the CD. so the CD does have some more value for a cheaper price over the Vinyl. so for all the "i hate CD, Digital crowd" that only sticks to Vinyl they are missing out. but that's ok they wont know what they are missing :)
Good point about the run time, that’s another advantage for CDs.
