Let's assume for a second that the Prophet peace be upon him died 3 long years later from the poison, and didn't die immediately like his companion, Bishr, did. This still does not nullify nor disprove Islam, because even Jesus peace be upon him in the New Testament of the Bible recognized the Jews as evil people who kill the Prophets:
"O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, thou that killest the prophets, and stonest them which are sent unto thee, how often would I have gathered thy children together, even as a hen gathereth her chickens under her wings, and ye would not!

So according to Silas' logic, Jesus and the Prophets are all liars too, because the Prophets who died from the Jews were liars because they were killed, and Jesus was the biggest liar of all for claiming that all of these liars (the Prophets) were Truthful Prophets when they were all liars.
