Great lecture! Science for everyone explained with simple & funny analogies. My timestamped bookmarks of lecture's first part in "mmss" format (mm=minutes, ss=seconds):
636 2.5% of Earth water is freshwater
845 water problem: 66% of water used (a small % of above 2.5%) is for food
1020 water stress world map evolution since 1950, to 1995 & 2025 prospects
1140 half of gasoline used in Sao Paulo is made from sugar cane
1215 why should we care? 70% of human body is water
    1240 water introduction
1520 hydrogen bonding explained through Marcia' animation on the stage.

I agree, there is room to improve video's annotation for anyone with the skills and the willing to volunteer the required time. My annotations work for me when I use video player's scrollbar with the advantage of serendipitous discovery of side effect knowledge. I'm puzzled though why your interest in this topic is not reflected in your choice of vocabulary use.

what is the use of membrane distillation ?
we can get water by condensing directly and not using membrane and nanotubes, right?

she's sweet as heck. 'but' we need water now more than ever to power cars and electricity storage - hydrogen cars from hydrogen h2 from water, hydrolyzed by renewable energy like wind, sun etc. - and negative birth rates for a few (dozen) millennia :):)
