My theory so far is that Yeonjun is a troubled and destructive boy hence why he has the ability of fire. He believes himself to be a monster. His destructive nature is shown when he sets his book on fire, the classroom on fire, the giant door and his doll. The other boys try to help in ways that they can. Beomgyu extinguishes the book on fire but realizes that it doesn't really do much but they still carry it around just in case. They use water hence the sprinkler and pool scenes which doesn't do much. Taehyung reads a book on how to put out the fire. Soobin leads the boys towards their "magic land". which can be their place of comfort but Yeonjun sets the door on fire and is troubled by that while the others don't seem to mind. Once they all happily leave, yeonjun drops his doll but it is now burned and full of stitches because of his negative emotions concerning himself. His physical wound heals but he's emotionally damaged by who he is. Taehyun takes notice.
I think instead of bullying it could be just troubles in general, like domestic problems, mental health, bullying etc. and when the boys are together magic happens and they can retreat to a safe place together. I may be reaching, but the fire could represent all of those troubles that they're trying to get away from or face. It seems Yeonjun started the fire with his glasses and the other boys are trying to find solutions to put it out (the fire extinguisher, looking up books). But at the end they just let it be and watch, but are ok because they are together. I also don't know what the door Soobin drew and at the end could represent. Oh and I was reading lyric translations and in the "Magic Island" lyrics there's a reference to the cat with different coloured eyes! The forest reminds me of the forest in 'Nap of a Star' The doll is also half 'monster' half 'human' it's a different concept but it will still be connected to Crown and Nap of a Star
I've noticed that Yeonjun had always have the doll until his wound in the right hand had healed. The doll was left behind covered in dirt and was later picked up by Taehyun. But what's more interesting is that on the earlier part of the music video where Soobin is drawing a door on a board, we can see that doll below a spaceship. Take note that the drawing resembled the already abandoned doll not the once clean doll. I think the doll is significant in this TU. I just don't know what it represents.

I saw this comment where the person theorized that TXT is actually Jin's dad and his friends when they were in school as mentioned in the bts timeline and I haven't been the same since
TXT's universe has some sort of time travelling theme as well. Their lyrics had "rewind" in them, the choreo of the ticking clock and them rewinding out of the swimming pool. What if... TXT Taehyun is actually Jin's dad. He was the only one left behind in the ending scene of Runaway MV and seems to be the main player in the TXT universe just like how Jin is in BTS's. Taehyun's ability to time travel was passed down to Jin.
The pool scene reminds me of the scene in Goblet of Fire where Harry has to open the golden egg underwater to hear the merpeople's singing instead of a screech. So maybe escaping to a quiet place to sort out all the noise in your head and clear your thoughts? And to keep feeding off GoF, the goblet would spit out charred slips of paper with the names of the people chosen for the Tri-Wizard Tournament. The burned doll looks a lot like a little monster with horns, similar to what Yeonjun saw himself as in Nap of a Star. So what if since the doll that might represent him is burned, he's been chosen...for something?
I have a theory that yeonjun's cut disappeared because they traveled back in time. In the mv like in the pool scene when they jumped in we can see them rewinding. This goes with the Harry Potter theme since in the Prisoner of Azkaban they do go back in time.
Theory 1: also, as Celeste said the door could be a door back to reality, it really could be. TXT could be burning "the door back to reality" because if they really are getting bullied as she said they could be, they wouldn't want to go back to that reality of being bullied, and that' why they burned it. The lyrics, "it feels like everybody's happy but me, it hurts more when I smile than when I cry. ", from the "Run Away" mv are like saying that since they are getting bullied, they don't want anyone being sad 'cause they know they're getting bullied, so they put on a fake smile and that is more painful for them since if they smile, most likely that will cause people around them to think that they're okay and not getting bullied, so it hurts them that they are pretending to be okay and are dealing with this bullying on their own which makes them feel sad. From the dream chapter: star, in the nap of a star mv, Yeonjun has horns and doesn't want them, because it makes him feel different. Maybe they get bullied at school, because they are somehow different from the rest. When TXT are together, they become happier so it's like magic to them how all of a sudden they don't feel alone. In nap of a star mv, at some point (I forgot when) in the mv, the lamp next to the bed Yeonjun that was on, flickers in morse code "help me." TXT might be wanting help, because they are being bullied and don't want to actually ask (or just certain members), because they are afraid. If you go onto Weverse, and look at the TXT Weverse pic of TXT, if you take a picture of that pic and zoom in, you can see the possible word, "afraid." Like them being afraid of being different, being bullied, and of not knowing what to do. The fire in the mv could represent the anger building inside of them, because people won't leave them alone. (I think Celeste may have said that, I don't remember). In the bottom right corner of the photo, I can see the phrase, "I swear" written on the wall twice. I'm not sure what that could mean though. Behind the boys in the pic, you can see the sentence that is barely visible, "I feel like this is the only real mark I will ever make in this world." That could possibly mean the boys shutting down the bullying, (as their is water and fire in the mv, and if the fire represents anger building inside the boys, then when the boys jump in the water, that represents them cooling off and resolving this bullying). Like they feel like them resolving bullying is the only thing that they could do successfully. OR different theory? -> Theory 2: The door could represent their way out of their insecure imaginations of them being different, making them think they might get bullied if they show their true selves, like their horns/other unusual things? Like they are AFRAID of being different, so they try to fit in with everyone else. So, like that area underneath the brown trapdoor/chamber by the pool where all the greenery is, and all of that fairy dust, could be where their insecurities are stored, like fairy dust could represent on how tiny they all think they would feel if they revealed their true selves, because they think they would get bullied. And usually, when people get bullied they feel more insecure, tiny, and less confident than they felt before. They move the vines out of the way, (aka moving the bad conclusions they are jumping to out of the way), and realize they need to get out of the dark side of imagination. So, they go to the door to go back to school to put themselves out there showing that they are not afraid of being different, possibly resolving bullying by helping other peopl be themselves making more people happy and confident, but the bullies stop them by saying that there is no point, because they already know that they are different, so they destroy (burn with fire) their good predictions of the future possibly not being bad if they be themselves, and shut down the realization and possible good reality ( the door) . also, in the nap of a star mv, remember the big cat shadow? well as Celeste said, there are a bunch of cat drawings on the board. Lol, everything I said probably didn't make sense. This is a reason why I don't come up with theories. I just wanted to tell you all what I thought, and remembered from previous things. Another comment I put below, I mentioned that the empty pool in the "Run Away" mv by TXT, reminded me of the empty pool from the "Fire" mv by BTS. If you read all of this, ty. When you said the "I swear" two times thing , I couldn't help thinking that this is their answer every time people ask if they are okay only being able to say "I'm fine, I swear, I swear" trying to cover up their fear and pain, and that is somehow connected to "I'm fine" of bts. Not saying is true it's just my point of view.

My theory is, Yeonjun and Taehyun knew everything what's happening while Kai, Beomgyu and Soobin were all confused of what is happening. In the first vid, you will see that Yeonjun is cutting the book into rectangle (size like the door) and Soobin drew a door on the board. Then he wears a glasses. When he wears that there's this weird thing he saw from the glass and right from the start, the book that Yeonjun was cutting got burned and Beomgyu extinguish the fire but it didn't help. So they went into the library and search of how to stop a fire (you can check Taehyun's book). At the ending chorus, there's a scene wherein there's one classroom that was burning and the students were panicking because they knew that TxT were inside that room. Maybe, they didn't stop the book from burning. The students blamed them for it and got bullied. So, they all went at the rooftop and talk about them being guilty and being bullied. Maybe, Taehyun's got mad at himself so he get the extinguisher and practice of how to use it. Then they all came out with the idea of meeting at 9 and ¾ in the evening to went in the swimming pool area. They want to realease their burden and enjoyed but in the middle of their joys, Soobin founds a magic door. Since they are curious, they entered the magic door and saw the giant door that was similar to Soobin's drawing. And when Yeonjun look upclose, it suddenly burn. They were fascinated by the fire and eventually, enjoy staying their and don't wanna go back to reality. At the end, Taehyun was the only one who left and saw Yeonjun's doll that is burned. Since they are in the magic world, the doll got burned cause it was from the reality (I don't knoe but for me that doll played an important role) and the thrilling part is, It was all just Soobin's imaginations or dreams. Cause he wears the glasses.

okay after watching this i kind of got and idea but it’s kinda sad what if they all died in the fire but taehyun was the only one who survived. when they all walked away at the end you could see the plushie was burned maybe that was the only thing he had as memories of the boys. you get what i’m trying to say right? all the scenes where they were having fun were maybe taehyun’s imagination or memories. i also saw someone say the others boys spirits are with tae. so now bc they are “ghosts” i guess you can say is why yeonjuns finger doesn’t have a cut anymore. i am so sorry this comment is all over the place there might be some errors please don’t mind me i am tired haha
I also noticed when they were in that magic land when yeonjun's flashlight passed by the screen it showed taehyun holding a flashlight but he is alone I guess he wants to go or turn back to those times when they were together. And the last scene is where he is all left alone with yeonjun's doll I think he realized the reality that the boys are gone or something
At the beginning of the MV, they show each member with this cool backround music. When Taehyun takes off his airpods, the music fades and it's just him at school. This is why I kinda agree with your theory because it seems as him being in his own little world (his friends and the music) with his headphones on. He takes off his headphones, music fades (reality) until he closes his eyes, where the music comes back with run away

I would like to share what I've seen after watching the mv many times that maybe can help you? us? idk shxhsbzjxjs to have a theory •In the start, Beomgyu is holding sumth that creates lines on the field (idk what this is called) maybe bec he's told to do so? like he was given a punishment bec he was framed up by the bullies to bully him. Results to being punished by the Prefect of Discipline (?) •HueningKai draw lines bec that's what people do when they have no one to talk to. •Taehyun with his bothered face on a hallway. And alone. •Soobin drawing on the board, if you can see, he's drawing a door the same as in the last part (the door on fire). •Yeonjun cutting a book which later has fire. He also has a cut. • Beomgyu entering the classroom with a fire extinguisher to set off the book on fire. But even with his effort and the fire extinguisher, the fire in the book didn't die down. That's why he sratch his hair (wondering how) •Them in the library. Maybe finding an answer on how to kill that 'magical' fire. But they can't and the fire became big that's why they're running (?) •The literal translation of Run Away in Korean is "I'll wait for you on platform 9 and 3/4" which connects with Harry Potter. Maybe 'that' 9 and 3/4 platform is 'that' thing they saw on the pool to enter to their escape place/magic island •On that place, Yeonjun's cut was healed. •The door (like Soobin's drawing) lit up on fire when Yeonjun use his eye glasses the same as the book. at first i thought beomgyu being on the field in the beginning was a bit random. but then when i watched it again i realised that they were each drawing lines- beomgyu at the field, huening on the pavement, soobin on the board, yeonjun with the book. something like drawing a magic circle, but for them they're drawing, i'm assuming a magical portal to enter and escape. the only one who didnt draw/create a portal was taehyun, and he was also the one left behind at the end. i'm trying to figure out why! if anyone has theories on that i'd love to hear them :) also thanks for the video! 💖

I think you are absolutely right, I think BU and +U are/will be connected. If only because of the cat. If you guys remember, the odd eye cat has showed up SO many times in TXT's videos and lyrics. I think we've found most of those--Magic Island, Nap of a star, lyrics, references, visuals, etc., etc... But it also shows up in the BU. The SAVE ME ART TOY of Seokjin had a cat that came with it, with one blue eye and one green eye. The lyrics of Serendipity reference a cat. In the SAVE ME webtoon, when Seokjin is given his time travel powers, it's a cat that gives it to him. I'm sure there are more, but I can't think of them right now. *_This cat is important._* *_I just have no idea how._*

I think the doll at the end is the same doll but it is half burned. So my brain, especially with all the fire imagery makes me think someone was burned or a fire caused a very traumatic experience in their storyline and this is their way of coping with it (looking up ways to deal with fires, using your imagination to cope by creating a fantasy world, etc.). Depending on how connected their storyline is to BTS's, the fire really made me think about Yoongi a lot but I don't entirely know how he would connect with TXT's storyline unless they witnessed him being burned.

I agree with you, it is not like talking about TXT and BTS similarities is like we think they are making a comparison between both groups, but I believe is a connection in their music videos or storyline. BU easter eggs in this mv, just like their others. Notice the "Persona album Pinks" at the beginning in the hallway ceiling & glasses put on to see the chalkboard is not actually red but the darkest pink of Persona album. I believe we are seeing the "back story" of Jins dad & his friends. Just like Marvel Universe they are different yet connected. I also believe this whole concept has been years in the making just like the BU.

In dream chapter star we saw the story of a young boy who was sad and lonely because of his horns and so considered himself a monster, who's destructive nature we can see here (eg:- setting things on fire etc) but he's also introduced to another boy with peculiar wings (which might be taehyung if their universes are interconnected but for now I personally don't go with that theory) which can be a representation of the boys,who are also unique in their own way and help him in any way they can. Hence they seem fine with the fire and still continue to help him (fire extinguisher,books on fire drills, running away together in the hallway away from the fire, pool and sprinkles and soobin taking them to safe haven) Although I'm still not sure if the door ACTUALLY represents a refuge or haven or if it stands for something bigger. Later taehyun finds out the plushie left by yeonjun as their only memory of past. The current theory about them being dead sounds quite appealing to me because taehyun flexing his airpods looks like everything that's happening are his memories,also bighit has a kink for cute boys being dead No one's gonna read this,but this is all I could come up with...

Why ? -There's a chance that yeonjun could be Jin's dad because of the time traveling. - Jin's dad has a diary that mentions his (Jin's dad) childhood, with Jin's dad thinking destructive things (Hence, the fire) So let's just wait for the next M/V (since the theory source is still premature, knowing that BTS took like 6 years to bulid an alternate universe that is not complete ..... Yet)

Ya'll ya'll ya'll ya'll ya'll. I have a theory... the TxT universe just like BTS universe revolves around some sort of time travelling theme. The clock choreo and the lyrics "rewind" and how the boys "rewinded" coming out of the pool. It is a small and insignificant theory but this seems like the common trend between the 2 universes. And since this music video revolves around Harry Potter, HP fans know that Hermione did some time travelling.

I'm not gonna go full-on about my thoughts or theory but... I just wanna share my thoughts on the doll. We see the doll full white with a heart and on the board there is two dolls, what if it actually represents innocence and er, non-innocence? The doll left behind clearly shows that it's a stitch-up of 2 different dolls put up as one. I somehow feel its a representation of both darkness and light within a person's life :)
This is what I think after reading other people theory. So it might be similar, but know it’s what I think after reading others. My theory: Since there’s so many door scenes, it could indicate that that’s the passage to the magic world. Like the glasses could be like the glasses that can see where the passage is and when they entered the pool, they found the passage. And since (like you said) they might be bullied, they enter the magic world to escape from reality. And they burn all the doors down so they don’t ever have to leave. They can stay in their reality where no one gets hurt. And somehow (the last scene where everyone but Taehyun started leaving) everyone but Taehyun “forgot” about the real world. We can tell that because of the stuffed animal that he noticed when everyone left. He picked it up, might being the only connection to the real world. And Yeonjun might also be realizing something because he sees his cut is gone somehow. So the theory is everyone is trapped in their magic world with no contact with the real world, but Taehyun feeling something is wrong. (Kinda similar to the Bts Jin going back in time with V noticing something is not right, but TXT, it’s everyone in a magic world where only Taehyun is noticing something is not right.)
Also, going with the 'seen this before' feeling, in BTS's Fire music video, the guys kinda set that carpark building are on fire right, and then it kind of exploded after they all left? Idk, it feels like a bit of a reach, but like you said, there's just that underlying sense of similarity, and it's hardly like that it's all purely coincidence

Tae jump in the pool on Run and reverse time....kai went in the pool then they went in and they started reversing out of the pool......I think they trying to stop the fire to get in the door...the book have something to do with jin +fire
I noticed something but I am confused rn so idk how important it is xD Okay so The POOL is a symbol we see at both TXT & BTS Notice how TXT members are seen hanging out at the pool at night just like the BTS members do in The Prologue but at daylight when Jin is recording them Also, in the scene with the buildings upside down, TXT are seen dancing in what seems like an empty pool..AND guess who has a similar scene? BTS are also dancing in an empty swimming pool in their FIRE mv (yeah FIRE, another important theme for TXT) & I looked up the internet for the pool symbolism and I found this: _A swimming pool symbolizes your inner feelings and thoughts_ *idk nan molla*
I still didnt know what theory should i chose, cause.. i saw another theory (but not english), the theory is like this : •Taehyun is the one who are alive, the others are dead because the fire on the book cant go off and spread out, they're running away from the fire, •taehyun is stress because lossing his friends, he cant deal with it anymore, so he says like a spell (in the lyrics) that could bring his friends back (imaginary friends) and he didnt want to wake up from his imagination. In the mv, you could see taehyun is in the hallway alone, he close his eyes like he is saying a spell, then he turn his head up, the next moment, his friends come. •at the beginning, beomgyu is treating yeonjun wounds, and at the end... yeonjun is opening his bandages and see there is no wound, then he realizes that he is not a human, then he walks away with his other 'dead' friends and leave taehyun behind with yeonjun's doll, the doll is half burned, it represent the doll is on fire with yeonjun, and somehow, taehyun manage to save that doll. •at the beginning, soobin is drawing a door that kinda look like the door in the end, how he knows the door? He time travel with his glass that could open any portal. •at the library, you could see taehyun is the one who is reading a book, and the book is about putting fire out, he kinda trauma(?) with the fire who takes his friends live's. •oh, and the whale on soobin drawing at the beginning, and at mama/mma (idk i forgot), it represent taehyun, the whale maybe from whalien 52, it represent lonelyness, and taehyun is lonely without his friends, he felt empty. They started a fire out of anger, burning the real world(school), trying to run away from reality forever. They try to look up how to change it but they don’t really want to, showing how calm they were. So they just let the school burn. They accidentally burn the doll, leaving it with no heart showing how damaging it was. The doll was with them the whole time but running away took that away. It was precious. Taehyun notices because he was the one who stayed behind, wondering if what they did was right. In the next chapter I predict they comeback to reality and regret not facing their troubles. Idk. What do you think?

My theory so far is that Yeonjun is a troubled and destructive boy hence why he has the ability of fire. He believes himself to be a monster. His destructive nature is shown when he sets his book on fire, the classroom on fire, the giant door and his doll. The other boys try to help in ways that they can. Beomgyu extinguishes the book on fire but realizes that it doesn't really do much but they still carry it around just in case. They use water hence the sprinkler and pool scenes which doesn't do much. Taehyung reads a book on how to put out the fire. Soobin leads the boys towards their "magic land". which can be their place of comfort but Yeonjun sets the door on fire and is troubled by that while the others don't seem to mind. Once they all happily leave, yeonjun drops his doll but it is now burned and full of stitches because of his negative emotions concerning himself. His physical wound heals but he's emotionally damaged by who he is. Taehyun takes notice.

He had a wound on his thumb,maybe it disappeared because he was confident with his ability to burn things with the other boys.
I think instead of bullying it could be just troubles in general, like domestic problems, mental health, bullying etc. and when the boys are together magic happens and they can retreat to a safe place together.
I may be reaching, but the fire could represent all of those troubles that they're trying to get away from or face. It seems Yeonjun started the fire with his glasses and the other boys are trying to find solutions to put it out (the fire extinguisher, looking up books). But at the end they just let it be and watch, but are ok because they are together. I also don't know what the door Soobin drew and at the end could represent. Oh and I was reading lyric translations and in the "Magic Island" lyrics there's a reference to the cat with different coloured eyes!

I've noticed that Yeonjun had always have the doll until his wound in the right hand had healed. The doll was left behind covered in dirt and was later picked up by Taehyun.
But what's more interesting is that on the earlier part of the music video where Soobin is drawing a door on a board, we can see that doll below a spaceship. Take note that the drawing resembled the already abandoned doll not the once clean doll.
I think the doll is significant in this TU. I just don't know what it represents.

I saw this comment where the person theorized that TXT is actually Jin's dad and his friends when they were in school as mentioned in the bts timeline and I haven't been the same since
TXT's universe has some sort of time travelling theme as well. Their lyrics had "rewind" in them, the choreo of the ticking clock and them rewinding out of the swimming pool. What if... TXT Taehyun is actually Jin's dad. He was the only one left behind in the ending scene of Runaway MV and seems to be the main player in the TXT universe just like how Jin is in BTS's. Taehyun's ability to time travel was passed down to Jin.

The pool scene reminds me of the scene in Goblet of Fire where Harry has to open the golden egg underwater to hear the merpeople's singing instead of a screech. So maybe escaping to a quiet place to sort out all the noise in your head and clear your thoughts?
And to keep feeding off GoF, the goblet would spit out charred slips of paper with the names of the people chosen for the Tri-Wizard Tournament. The burned doll looks a lot like a little monster with horns, similar to what Yeonjun saw himself as in Nap of a Star. So what if since the doll that might represent him is burned, he's been chosen...for something?
I have a theory that yeonjun's cut disappeared because they traveled back in time. In the mv like in the pool scene when they jumped in we can see them rewinding. This goes with the Harry Potter theme since in the Prisoner of Azkaban they do go back in time.

also, as Celeste said the door could be a door back to reality, it really could be. TXT could be burning "the door back to reality" because if they really are getting bullied as she said they could be, they wouldn't want to go back to that reality of being bullied, and that' why they burned it. The lyrics, "it feels like everybody's happy but me, it hurts more when I smile than when I cry. ", from the "Run Away" mv are like saying that since they are getting bullied, they don't want anyone being sad 'cause they know they're getting bullied, so they put on a fake smile and that is more painful for them since if they smile, most likely that will cause people around them to think that they're okay and not getting bullied, so it hurts them that they are pretending to be okay and are dealing with this bullying on their own which makes them feel sad. From the dream chapter: star, in the nap of a star mv, Yeonjun has horns and doesn't want them, because it makes him feel different. Maybe they get bullied at school, because they are somehow different from the rest. When TXT are together, they become happier so it's like magic to them how all of a sudden they don't feel alone. In nap of a star mv, at some point (I forgot when) in the mv, the lamp next to the bed Yeonjun that was on, flickers in morse code "help me." TXT might be wanting help, because they are being bullied and don't want to actually ask (or just certain members), because they are afraid. If you go onto Weverse, and look at the TXT Weverse pic of TXT, if you take a picture of that pic and zoom in, you can see the possible word, "afraid." Like them being afraid of being different, being bullied, and of not knowing what to do. The fire in the mv could represent the anger building inside of them, because people won't leave them alone. (I think Celeste may have said that, I don't remember). In the bottom right corner of the photo, I can see the phrase, "I swear" written on the wall twice. I'm not sure what that could mean though. Behind the boys in the pic, you can see the sentence that is barely visible, "I feel like this is the only real mark I will ever make in this world." That could possibly mean the boys shutting down the bullying, (as their is water and fire in the mv, and if the fire represents anger building inside the boys, then when the boys jump in the water, that represents them cooling off and resolving this bullying). Like they feel like them resolving bullying is the only thing that they could do successfully.

Theory 2:
The door could represent their way out of their insecure imaginations of them being different, making them think they might get bullied if they show their true selves, like their horns/other unusual things? Like they are AFRAID of being different, so they try to fit in with everyone else. So, like that area underneath the brown trapdoor/chamber by the pool where all the greenery is, and all of that fairy dust, could be where their insecurities are stored, like fairy dust could represent on how tiny they all think they would feel if they revealed their true selves, because they think they would get bullied. And usually, when people get bullied they feel more insecure, tiny, and less confident than they felt before. They move the vines out of the way, (aka moving the bad conclusions they are jumping to out of the way), and realize they need to get out of the dark side of imagination. So, they go to the door to go back to school to put themselves out there showing that they are not afraid of being different, possibly resolving bullying by helping other peopl be themselves making more people happy and confident, but the bullies stop them by saying that there is no point, because they already know that they are different, so they destroy (burn with fire) their good predictions of the future possibly not being bad if they be themselves, and shut down the realization and possible good reality ( the door) .
also, in the nap of a star mv, remember the big cat shadow? well as Celeste said, there are a bunch of cat drawings on the board.
Lol, everything I said probably didn't make sense. This is a reason why I don't come up with theories. I just wanted to tell you all what I thought, and remembered from previous things. My theory is, Yeonjun and Taehyun knew everything what's happening while Kai, Beomgyu and Soobin were all confused of what is happening. In the first vid, you will see that Yeonjun is cutting the book into rectangle (size like the door) and Soobin drew a door on the board. Then he wears a glasses. When he wears that there's this weird thing he saw from the glass and right from the start, the book that Yeonjun was cutting got burned and Beomgyu extinguish the fire but it didn't help. So they went into the library and search of how to stop a fire (you can check Taehyun's book). At the ending chorus, there's a scene wherein there's one classroom that was burning and the students were panicking because they knew that TxT were inside that room. Maybe, they didn't stop the book from burning. The students blamed them for it and got bullied. So, they all went at the rooftop and talk about them being guilty and being bullied. Maybe, Taehyun's got mad at himself so he get the extinguisher and practice of how to use it. Then they all came out with the idea of meeting at 9 and ¾ in the evening to went in the swimming pool area. They want to realease their burden and enjoyed but in the middle of their joys, Soobin founds a magic door. Since they are curious, they entered the magic door and saw the giant door that was similar to Soobin's drawing. And when Yeonjun look upclose, it suddenly burn. They were fascinated by the fire and eventually, enjoy staying their and don't wanna go back to reality. At the end, Taehyun was the only one who left and saw Yeonjun's doll that is burned. Since they are in the magic world, the doll got burned cause it was from the reality (I don't knoe but for me that doll played an important role) and the thrilling part is, It was all just Soobin's imaginations or dreams. Cause he wears the glasses.

Hello Rosan! I would like to share what I've seen after watching the mv many times that maybe can help you? us? idk shxhsbzjxjs to have a theory
•In the start, Beomgyu is holding sumth that creates lines on the field (idk what this is called) maybe bec he's told to do so? like he was given a punishment bec he was framed up by the bullies to bully him. Results to being punished by the Prefect of Discipline (?)
•HueningKai draw lines bec that's what people do when they have no one to talk to.
•Taehyun with his bothered face on a hallway. And alone.
•Soobin drawing on the board, if you can see, he's drawing a door the same as in the last part (the door on fire).
•Yeonjun cutting a book which later has fire. He also has a cut.
• Beomgyu entering the classroom with a fire extinguisher to set off the book on fire. But even with his effort and the fire extinguisher, the fire in the book didn't die down. That's why he sratch his hair (wondering how)
•Them in the library. Maybe finding an answer on how to kill that 'magical' fire. But they can't and the fire became big that's why they're running (?)
•The literal translation of Run Away in Korean is "I'll wait for you on platform 9 and 3/4" which connects with Harry Potter. Maybe 'that' 9 and 3/4 platform is 'that' thing they saw on the pool to enter to their escape place/magic island
•On that place, Yeonjun's cut was healed.
•The door (like Soobin's drawing) lit up on fire when Yeonjun use his eye glasses the same as the book. Maybe that's why even they hang out there for a while, the fire didn't die.

at first i thought beomgyu being on the field in the beginning was a bit random. but then when i watched it again i realised that they were each drawing lines- beomgyu at the field, huening on the pavement, soobin on the board, yeonjun with the book. something like drawing a magic circle, but for them they're drawing, i'm assuming a magical portal to enter and escape. the only one who didnt draw/create a portal was taehyun, and he was also the one left behind at the end. i'm trying to figure out why! if anyone has theories on that i'd love to hear them :) also thanks for the video! 💖

If you guys remember, the odd eye cat has showed up SO many times in TXT's videos and lyrics. I think we've found most of those--Magic Island, Nap of a star, lyrics, references, visuals, etc., etc...
But it also shows up in the BU.
The SAVE ME ART TOY of Seokjin had a cat that came with it, with one blue eye and one green eye. The lyrics of Serendipity reference a cat. In the SAVE ME webtoon, when Seokjin is given his time travel powers, it's a cat that gives it to him. I'm sure there are more, but I can't think of them right now.

I think the doll at the end is the same doll but it is half burned. So my brain, especially with all the fire imagery makes me think someone was burned or a fire caused a very traumatic experience in their storyline and this is their way of coping with it (looking up ways to deal with fires, using your imagination to cope by creating a fantasy world, etc.). Depending on how connected their storyline is to BTS's, the fire really made me think about Yoongi a lot but I don't entirely know how he would connect with TXT's storyline unless they witnessed him being burned.

My reaction to the music video is: Yay!! The music is finally here. 1st TXT Comeback. I love everything about this. The amazing and aesthetics videography. I love the rock instrument. And the chorus is catchy. I love the part where they were saying Bibbidi and that twinkling sound. Is like I am getting taking to a magical place. The lyrics is so meaningful. Their voices and dancing is so amazing. Those body rolls. And that clock dance is so cool. They look so charming and cool. Their facial expressions and acting is just so good. This DOOR also reminded me about the door that the BTS members find in their hiding place and it's shown in one of their VCRs
BU easter eggs in this mv, just like their others. Notice the "Persona album Pinks" at the beginning in the hallway ceiling & glasses put on to see the chalkboard is not actually red but the darkest pink of Persona album. I believe we are seeing the "back story" of Jins dad & his friends. Just like Marvel Universe they are different yet connected. I also believe this whole concept has been years in the making just like the BU.

In dream chapter star we saw the story of a young boy who was sad and lonely because of his horns and so considered himself a monster, who's destructive nature we can see here (eg:- setting things on fire etc) but he's also introduced to another boy with peculiar wings (which might be taehyung if their universes are interconnected but for now I personally don't go with that theory) which can be a representation of the boys,who are also unique in their own way and help him in any way they can. Hence they seem fine with the fire and still continue to help him (fire extinguisher,books on fire drills, running away together in the hallway away from the fire, pool and sprinkles and soobin taking them to safe haven) Although I'm still not sure if the door ACTUALLY represents a refuge or haven or if it stands for something bigger. Later taehyun finds out the plushie left by yeonjun as their only memory of past. The current theory about them being dead sounds quite appealing to me because taehyun flexing his airpods looks like everything that's happening are his memories,also bighit has a kink for cute boys being dead

I wondered if Yeonjuns cut was supposed to be like a self harm type of thing, I thought it looked like there was a scar next to it like maybe an older wound healed. Then it says it hurts more when I smile then when I cry, I think its related to mental health issues, which a lot of times do stem from bullying. Then together they reach this magical place where they all are happy, and like the big door at the end, burning the door that leads back to reality, like you said.

Soobin has power to look through things like with the help of the specs he saw through the water and found the door

Ya'll ya'll ya'll ya'll ya'll. I have a theory... the TxT universe just like BTS universe revolves around some sort of time travelling theme. The clock choreo and the lyrics "rewind" and how the boys "rewinded" coming out of the pool. It is a small and insignificant theory but this seems like the common trend between the 2 universes.
And since this music video revolves around Harry Potter, HP fans know that Hermione did some time travelling.

The moment where Soobin drew that door,and put the glasses on,the door became,somehow...real. Maybe they thought of it to be the place where they will comfort Yeonjun like one said in the comments. The doll also is always there for Yeonjun. Maybe when his wound disappeared at the end is because he is comfortable with the boys. Also,one said in the comments that he has the ability to burn things(?). So I came thinking,he was the boy with horns,so maybe he was called a monster then,he came to the what we call "Magic Island"(like the one Beomgyu said in the lyrics) to comfort himself. That is where he'll meet the angel Kai,which was the one who made him confident with his horns,together with the boys. Like Taehyun said "Together Forever~~" they'll run away to where they only know,where they're happy

I'm not gonna go full-on about my thoughts or theory but... I just wanna share my thoughts on the doll.
We see the doll full white with a heart and on the board there is two dolls, what if it actually represents innocence and er, non-innocence? The doll left behind clearly shows that it's a stitch-up of 2 different dolls put up as one. I somehow feel its a representation of both darkness and light within a person's life :)
This is what I think after reading other people theory. So it might be similar, but know it’s what I think after reading others. My theory:
Since there’s so many door scenes, it could indicate that that’s the passage to the magic world. Like the glasses could be like the glasses that can see where the passage is and when they entered the pool, they found the passage. And since (like you said) they might be bullied, they enter the magic world to escape from reality. And they burn all the doors down so they don’t ever have to leave. They can stay in their reality where no one gets hurt. And somehow (the last scene where everyone but Taehyun started leaving) everyone but Taehyun “forgot” about the real world. We can tell that because of the stuffed animal that he noticed when everyone left. He picked it up, might being the only connection to the real world. And Yeonjun might also be realizing something because he sees his cut is gone somehow. So the theory is everyone is trapped in their magic world with no contact with the real world, but Taehyun feeling something is wrong. (Kinda similar to the Bts Jin going back in time with V noticing something is not right, but TXT, it’s everyone in a magic world where only Taehyun is noticing something is not right.)

Also, going with the 'seen this before' feeling, in BTS's Fire music video, the guys kinda set that carpark building are on fire right, and then it kind of exploded after they all left? Idk, it feels like a bit of a reach, but like you said, there's just that underlying sense of similarity, and it's hardly like that it's all purely coincidence

Tae jump in the pool on Run and reverse time....kai went in the pool then they went in and they started reversing out of the pool......I think they trying to stop the fire to get in the door...the book have something to do with jin +fire

Okay so The POOL is a symbol we see at both TXT & BTS
Notice how TXT members are seen hanging out at the pool at night just like the BTS members do in The Prologue but at daylight when Jin is recording them
Also, in the scene with the buildings upside down, TXT are seen dancing in what seems like an empty pool..AND guess who has a similar scene? BTS are also dancing in an empty swimming pool in their FIRE mv (yeah FIRE, another important theme for TXT)
& I looked up the internet for the pool symbolism and I found this: _A swimming pool symbolizes your inner feelings and thoughts_

I still didnt know what theory should i chose, cause.. i saw another theory (but not english), the theory is like this :
•Taehyun is the one who are alive, the others are dead because the fire on the book cant go off and spread out, they're running away from the fire,
•taehyun is stress because lossing his friends, he cant deal with it anymore, so he says like a spell (in the lyrics) that could bring his friends back (imaginary friends) and he didnt want to wake up from his imagination. In the mv, you could see taehyun is in the hallway alone, he close his eyes like he is saying a spell, then he turn his head up, the next moment, his friends come.
•at the beginning, beomgyu is treating yeonjun wounds, and at the end... yeonjun is opening his bandages and see there is no wound, then he realizes that he is not a human, then he walks away with his other 'dead' friends and leave taehyun behind with yeonjun's doll, the doll is half burned, it represent the doll is on fire with yeonjun, and somehow, taehyun manage to save that doll.
•at the beginning, soobin is drawing a door that kinda look like the door in the end, how he knows the door? He time travel with his glass that could open any portal.
•at the library, you could see taehyun is the one who is reading a book, and the book is about putting fire out, he kinda trauma(?) with the fire who takes his friends live's.
•oh, and the whale on soobin drawing at the beginning, and at mama/mma (idk i forgot), it represent taehyun, the whale maybe from whalien 52, it represent lonelyness, and taehyun is lonely without his friends, he felt empty.

the underworld heaven that they go to reminds me of NAP of the star background forest.
They started a fire out of anger, burning the real world(school), trying to run away from reality forever. They try to look up how to change it but they don’t really want to, showing how calm they were. So they just let the school burn. They accidentally burn the doll, leaving it with no heart showing how damaging it was. The doll was with them the whole time but running away took that away. It was precious. Taehyun notices because he was the one who stayed behind, wondering if what they did was right. In the next chapter I predict they comeback to reality and regret not facing their troubles. Idk. What do you think?
It'll either be in the next comeback or the next era since Bighit likes to divide things into eras lol for sure they'll have to comeback to reality... it'll be roller coaster! Can't wait!
