Does Obb monthly card work for all types of transportation in wien?

As far as I know the ÖBB monthly card lets you use all ÖBB trains for a specific area in Austria (eastern region, western region etc) and also all ÖBB trains in Wien if you bought the monthlycard for the eastern region (not including trams and busses). You might want to contact ÖBB customer service though to be on the safe side since I hardly use the ÖBB.
The "Wiener Linien" monthly card on the other hand works for all the tram, bus and metro lines in Vienna, including ÖBB trains within Vienna. Hope that helped :)
