From when I watched Sam play, when he transitions from the G to Em7 he plays 3 2 on the Low e string then strums into the Em7 chord just something I noticed. But great tutorial! Helped me a lot

Hmmm.. I find this comment hard to follow as a beginner... Is is different to what Nick is showing or? 😂

It's different than what Nick had said. You know how the chord progression goes; Em7, Cadd9, G(for 2 bars).
At the end of the second time you play G there's a walk down(transition) back to Em7. That transition is to play the Low E string once on the 3rd fret, and then again on the 2nd fret, then you go back to Em7 and restart the progression.
I could be wrong about this next part. But you do it after DUU. If you listen to the song you'll hear the timing you'll need.
There's also a video of him playing it live in a field sitting on a log. He does have the capo on a different fret than what he does in the official audio so it's going to sound a little different. But it's still the same.
Good luck! If you haven't already gotten it.

Hey man just started guitar a month ago and find you are showing all the tutorials of my favourite songs. Two things 1: could you do as time passes? There’s on tutorial but I find he doesn’t explain it the best and it’s my favourite song of all time.
    2. I know it’s not that necessary for this song but I’ve seen other videos and I think adding the layout would be helpful. Ex . Intro
    Verse
    Course
    Verse X2
    Outro
    Just for something to follow.
Thanks keep up the tutorials (especially Sam barber … million eyes tutorial as well?! 👀)

I just started playing a few weeks ago love your content but I’m really struggling with the strumming pattern when doing the hammer ons slowed down the playback speed and I just can’t get it to click lol 😅

@@niklasjuritschmusic I’m having issues with when to play the open, and when to put the hammer on down within the DUU-DUU-DDU throughout the song. when you do the play through it almost doesn’t sound like that strum pattern when you incorporated the hammer-ons
