I personally find the crickets really too loud and fast. I love the way that if i put my earphones on... And go lay down on my side... I love how i can feel the heartbeat more

My problem with heartbeat ASMR is that my heartbeat is always slower than the one in the video, so I feel a bit anxious when listening to a faster heartbeat than mine.
Needs to be slower if you want it be soothing, or at least slow down over time as your character falls asleep. A fast heartbeat sound actually has the opposite of the inteded effect. At least on me it does. I'm surprised you didn't use a slower heartbeat sound effect for this video. Was it that you couldn't find a slower heartbeat sound effect from whatever website you download your sound effects from?
