I have two DCP trucks now, the POW MIA Kenworth w900 with lowboy (got a CASE IH Magnum with the American flag decal on it to go on the trailer), and a 379 with Wilson Roadbrute flatbed (no load). Give me 5 more truck acquisitions and I'll get one of these. I don't want to many flatbeds, I want a diverse convoy. My father is starting with a major carrier soon, so I'm trying to hunt one of those trucks down first, if I cant find one of those, I'm gonna get a Anhydrous Ammonia tanker. I also see that set up once in a while. Usually the truck has just the trailer, with the flip axle, and the midlift if it's a local construction site, farm dealers here have a standard daycab, and 2-3 axle lowboys, and the sets with jeeps & boosters/stingers are usually one of three things, infrastructure components (transformers & HVAC compressors for example) mining/quarrying equipment, OR wind-turbine components. The trucks usually don't go off road from what I've seen, usually they'll deliver equipment to lots, or staging areas near the site/on site that are smooth, and some trucks can flip the bumpers up. Best part about this particular kit though, is it comes with it's own load. It could be transporting the jeep & stinger/booster on the lowboy while it's going from job to job.
Just started in the hobby. Drove for 35 years. Looking forward to collecting.
