- 5 tbsp of ground biscuit
- 4 tbsp of chopped walnuts
- 4 eggs
- 200g of sugar
- 200ml of yogurt
- 50ml of oil
- lemon zest
- 1 cup of semolina
- 1 cup of flour
- 12g baking powder
- 3 egg whites
