If you leave River Club via Clubhouse Drive you'll see one of the Lakewood Ranch signs by that junction.- completely different to the River Club signs.

Do the HOA fees in the higher end areas include lawn and landscaping care?
I think you meant in 1992 not 2002, since Hurricane Andrew hit in 1992. New hurricane codes came about after 1992.
