Patty deserves to be an internationally known, true, dye-in-the wool musician's musician. I love what she has done with YYNOT. I appreciate the older (probably not far beyond my age) folks dancing. They're enjoying life and enjoying the moment. This is what life is about. Really.
@@rollergoalie16 For this particular performance, she's not pushing her voice into the grittier territory she usually veers into for Rush covers, so her ability to emulate Geddy's vocal sound is not as readily apparent here. It's more evident in a number of UA-cam videos of her other band "YYNOT."
Just read a bunch of the comments. When people are enjoying what they're listening to, and have the guts to get out there and shake their groove thing, that's what it's all about. Am I right? If we're all lucky enough to BE that old couple out there dancing to a drum solo, why should we care what anyone thinks about it? It's a great time and that's all that counts. That's why everyone is there in the first place.
That last song I heard (watched) Patty on one of her request podcasts. I thought it was way cool. Watching the band play it a blast. Again, thank you for your music. Love it!🎉🎉🎉
Sorry about the ongoing commentary (actually I'm not sorry) , but I'm having fun listening to your performance. Patty, I love that you comment on your seeming perception of how you think others look at you. You're a beautiful woman your stage presence is all the way professional - I dig how you politely shooed Mr. Kodak instamatic away from the stage moniters-lol. Thank you guys for what you do. You guys can hold your own .
Terrific set.. not sure who was the king..ice cream man, cane man, or my man rocking out with the prosthetic leg.. all of them looked like they were having such a great time...what a great interactive crowd! Well done..
@@JohnWenger thanks for the response, great song! I looked it up and after listening to the original, I'd have to say Patty and the Mayhaps nailed it! Also thanks for posting these videos, I found out about Patty PerShayla and the Mayhaps via YYNOT. I am enjoying Patty's project here with the Mayhaps!
Yeah the drummer was struggling and the crowd seem to not enjoy the rock and would rather listen to something more country hick music. They weren't ready for Patty.
Please don't disrespect the people who come out to support live music. These folks are not nursing home patients, they are the people that show up. How many friends did you bring to the latest Patty show?

She sings for YYNOT band...BEST Rush cover band on the planet...and she sings like Geddy to a tee!! Amazing voice....
14:53 i'm gonna have to disagree with you. She's not even close.

watch her sing with YYNOT and you can come back and retract your comment@@rollergoalie16
Your flat out delusional. And the bassist acts like a goofball us uses a garbage bass
@@rollergoalie16I agree with you. Dude is delusional.
Patty was born a rockstar. It is her destiny.

Well stated. I could not agree more wholeheartedly.
Excellent job,Lucas. Especially on (Working Man). The more I hear, the more I you guys.

That Tele sounds fantastic!
I love the girl rocking out dancing.
Great mix of music styles! As always top-notch and classy!🎼🎶💯👍
Amazing. She is a star!
Love You Patty!!!!!!
Thanks for posting. Really good audio quality that captures their combined talents. Patty is such a strong front for the band.
Talent! Thank you for putting your music out there. Also great covers
Great set, loved that they played counselors of the lonely.
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤mal encuadre

That was tight
I got a closer listen to the drums. Nice, man!
The older couple slow dancing to the drum solo. That’s a first for me. Never seen that. Ha
There are four natural elements in the World: water, air, fire and Patty.
What is the song at 33:00 mins? Love it!
Consoler of the Lonely by The Raconteurs

Love 10:38 also!
Why isn't anyone dancing to Working Man?😄
like
Ha! older couple dancing to the drum solo!
This chick has real talent, but I wish she stayed w/ YYNOT. This Aug 2023 I'll check out YYNOT's new vocalist.
The New vocalist is good, but lacks Patty's stage presence.
It'd be nice if the vocals and the video were in sync......
It's like watching the Peanuts dance...where's Charlie Brown?
Kudos to the dancers. Dancing during a drum solo is hard to do.
The old couple, I think they went to the wrong show!! Lol😂

WHY??? SOO good in YYNOT and then to THIS?? a garage band playing to a nursing home outing??? Wow.low goals for sure.
