How does a person pay NHT for 33 years and cannot get a house from NHT? 2 bedroom house for 17 million? If you are not working 3 million a year you cannot get it. A lot of NHT contributors will not be owning a house. SAD SAD SAD SAD
You can check your eligibility letter online to see how much each of you qualify for online because in the case of a NHT development the NHT will offer you up to 100% financing. You can also call there customer service and find out but I am pretty sure you and your partner will be qualified for the 17.4-17.8
