Please I will appreciate if you respond to me. I just bought this power bank it's not up to a month but sometimes it chargers sometimes it doesn't. It will just be stuck to a particular percentage. Plz is there a way to reset it or is it faulty
I don't thinkit is faulty yet. Try this first... Please, check the adapter and charger you are using to charge it. I recommend getting an 18w charger from oraimo or Baseus. Try this first....
If problem persists, try taking it to a technician to take a look at the board. Or probably, the battery.

hi, this exact power bank suddenly discharging fast when it gets to 50% and when I charged it, it was charging so fast like 0 to 50% in 30 mins. what could possibly be the problem?

Yes.. I strongly recommended original Romoss Powerbank. I have the 10000 mAh, 20,000mah and they are still working fine.

Boss i just got this power bank so i charged it up to 65% so for like an hour it has been on that 65%
It doesn't reduce gradually like after that it can just reduce 4-5 % still on charging

My powerbank will charge to 98% in the morning without use ,and when i wanted to use in the evening around 6:30-7 i met 74 percent, luckily they brought light for few minutes and i plugged it in and it just started counting(like literally) from 74, till 81 that's when they took the light, why's it discharging without use please 😓, it's just a year and a month or so
I think your powerbank has exceeded its life cycle. I don't know the charging cycles of your power bank but I would suggest you get another one or you can keep using this just for emergency.
Atleast, a power bank should be able to serve you for seven to eight months under moderate use.
So, if you can share with me how you have been using the power bank from the day you bought it plus additional information to what you have commented here, then I'll be able to tell you if it is done with its lifespan or not.

My powerbank switches off on it's own even when I'm still charging my phone. Why is that?
If it still charge when it switch off, it could be the LED panel. You can take it to a repair to get it fix for you. Romoss has no service center yet.

I buy most of my romoss products in shops. But you can get yours on Jumia by checking the ones with good reviews and use.
