All true of course. I do relate to seeing beauty in all things nature, bugs, animals... However, subjectively, watch for those who would intentionally, knowingly, push you past your threshold of pain by pushing your buttons in those moments when you are raw. Say when you've been doing deep work in therapy for months and nerves and emotions are Raw, tender, additionally from a tumultuous week internally. Especially if they are a "professional" whose responsibility it is to hold a safe place of trust, well being and healing. That's one that's never expected for sure. Therefore, any "normal" human being in this position will express through raw/painful emotions, a lessened filter. With No embarrassment / guilt, for that would be taking on the guilt of the one who knew your pain and chose to hurt you more. No empathy or compassion. Just allow for your healing, don't live in it. And honoring what came out of you in this case, is an act of self love and compassion. The offender wasn't aware or evolved enough to be selfless and show compassion.
