I'm Jack Pedley-Mills, I'm a 21 year old guy from the UK. I'm a 5'6 calisthenics athlete who loves pushing my body to its absolute limit. It took me 2 years of vigorous training to increase my vertical by 20 inches to dunk. In November 2016, I founded a Calisthenics brand called Bar Beasts, check it out on instagram and snapchat using the usernames below :D

Dude I’ve been training for about 8 years and it still amazes me how the growth continues as you always reflect on the previous version of yourself. It’s a true privilege to stick around and learn this beautiful language

I learned through the days of Training that a cool mind and Respect to the Opponent , the Body gets More flexibel than i thought , cause its a nonstatic Form of movement and Rhythm in all of us. The Point of getting That flexibility is the secret of winning and Taking the opponent as an obstacle Filled With water and Needs to be touched like a fluently Rock of Stone, but the Stone answers somtimes with a Full forced Wave of water and is Not to handle anymore. So do Not try to handle a Rock of water or do Not try to lock water in a Rock Even if you can Carry a CUP of water through a desert without Loosing a Kind of what it is filled with. Winning and loosing is the Same When your way of fighting Begins to feel That Rhythm and it Leads to That flexibility of discovering your Body Potential which Shows your Patience and your will to handle a Situation of getting overhand . The Thing is Not to loose your Goals out of sight and accept That everything has its time to reach and to concentrate on... That is your will and Even your Motivation powered by your force and your might to get calm in respect to the Opponent.

You kind of get used to people trying to choke you and break your arms in a short while. You're chill because you know even if he gets you you can just tap and you are okay, so there's nothing to worry about.

Jiu jitsu é um esporte apenas isso não tem a menor utilidade na vida real, na defesa pessoal.
