섀도 복싱의 원래 의미는 복싱에서 사용되는 운동으로, 훈련하는 사람이 더 강한 신체 활동을 하기 전에 근육을 준비하는데 사용된다. 하지만 혼자서 허공에 대고 공격한다는 의미로 사용되어 아무도 뭐라 하지 않았는데 혼자 가상의 공격 상대를 만들어 놓고 비판하거나 욕하는 모습을 표현할 때 많이 쓰인다. 내가 표출하는 분노와 공격의 대상이 혹시 나 스스로가 아닌지 상상하고 이 메세지를 판타지 한 이야기로 재해석 하였다.
The original meaning of SHADOW BOXING is an exercise used in boxing, which is used to prepare muscles before a person training has a stronger physical activity. But, it's also used to mean attacking in the air alone. In other words, it's often used to represent criticizing or insulting a fictitious opponent alone when anyone did nothing. We imagined that the target of our anger and attack might be ourselves and we tried to reinterpret this message as an imaginary story.
