staying gluten , diary ,sugar ,alcohol caffeine free as humanely possible ... could improve Ur condition !!! ..give it a try for a week if U can.to see if that helps .....also check dr Wahl's protocol ...its helpful for ME sufferers also ......hope u will feel better !!!!!!!!..and drink plenty of water with lemon or raw apple cider vinegar in it .....
