I’m having a chest pain right in middle i can feel it it’s right in the bones not insides Symptoms: Having problem using chest side muscles if I do some exercises it gives off a lot of pain like having 30t of pressure If I give pressure to ribs from left and right I get a lot of same pain Having hard time taking deep breath I’m 20 just came from mandatory military Right on the bone Top-mid-low of 🩻 Right in the middle(mid) Right on the middle(mid)
I would see a chiropractor and or a physical therapist with cold laser therapy. And try my exc and stretch videos and try to work through the pain initially, it will get better be consistent and fight through initial pain.
Could you make a video about the best positions to spend a long time using your cell phone, at least one lying down and one sitting. you could also make a video about how someone's spine gets with weight gain and how overweight and obesity affect the spine and and posture
You are amazing, really to understand and nice with different solutions,😊 I have a wish though, I'm a bit hopeless, I suffer from severe herniated/slipped disc L5 S1, what do u do when the sciatica is acute and chiropractor isn't available within weekends, isnt there any exersize or any remedies?
