رَبِّ اغْفِرْ لِي وَتُبْ عَلَيَّ إنَّكَ أَنْتَ التَّوَّابُ الرَّحِيمُ
My Rubb! Forgive me and pardon me. Indeed, You are the Oft-Returning with compassion and Ever Merciful.”

The title is wrong because مبالغة must be included. It should be the following. Attawab مبالغة the one whom nothing like him accepts repentance. On condition sinners come to him with honest repentance.

Jazak Allah khayran, but the name of Allah At Tawwab dose not mean that Allah turns to us! Allah dose not turn to us or to anyone, but we do turn to him...and At Tawwab means the one who, continuously, facilitate Tawba for his slaves and accepts them when they turn to him...this is the meaning of Tawwab...Barak Allah fikom ,jazakum khayran.
