You can plainly see in the seamless checker you use that the designs are NOT seamless. A seamless design means there will not be a noticeable seam...that the pattern matches up on both sides. There will be a lot of angry customers if these designs are claimed to be seamless.
If u can plainly see why u mad bro 😮
@@celestinoprien3387Sir I am not mad at all...just pointing out that the design is not seamless as you claim and trying to educate you on what a seamless design is.
when you click on save in photopea after changing the DPI, is the original images saved automatically or you have to export it and sae into a different folder? thanks for your video
Wow...best digital training video ever!! Thank you for all this information that I was so confused about before....So you are teaching how to sell the actual product (the tumbler via Printify) as well as the 3D images themselves, and that is awesome! So much to absorb....I'm 73 years old and having someone explain things so clearly is much appreciated ...as I'm working hard to supplement my income using Etsy as a 'storefront'. I look forward to checking out all your other videos and have of course, subscribed to your channel. :)
Thank you for your kind words, I appreciate it.
I plan to upload more videos like this regarding Etsy, because I also think there are opportunities we can take advantage of to provide additional income. I wish you good luck!
Hey, thanks for your video, very informative. What i am not sure is that with the digital products you uploaded to Etsy, they are still in printify dimension right? the 2722 x 2325 px . I always see people using 9.3 x 8.2 inches (2790 x 2460px at 300 DPI), so i am a bit confused. Would be great if you can clarify this for me
Hello, you are absolutely right. I use the dimensions 2722 x 2325 px. v Midjourney, to generate images. They can be used perfectly, given the size of 9.3 x 8.2 inches.
If you use, for example, Creative Studio for a sublimation printer, Custom Canvas can only be set in inches or centimeters. That's why I give 9.3 x 8.2 inches and the size of the image, which is made with 2722 x 2325 px. fits full.
I hope I was helpful.
In the heading “like a digital file” so it’s not a digital file?
Brava,Grazie, buonissima spiegazione, grazie mille
The images are not seamless. Why you said they are seamless.
Thank you!! You mentioned the one piece of the puzzle that I was missing!!🎉 GREAT VIDEO!!
Hello, eLibraty1! I'm having issues with uploading images to Canva. Some of designs that I upscaled by Unscayl got resized over 25 MB. Now, I can't upload those images anymore on Canva. I watched some of Tumbler wrap videos, and they upscaled 4 times the the original design using AI enlarger. Also, what you did at 9:17, is that resizing or upscaling process?
When going through Canva, it's best to make the design in Canva first and then Upscale.
And in Canva, if you're using the paid version, you could scale to your desired size right there. I.e. make a new project with the dimensions you want, upload the image there, and then download at that size.
Then you will only need to increase to 300 DPI via Photopea.
Regarding 9:17, yes in Photopea you can resize and upscale at the same time.
I wanna ask a question.
Could you please tell me?
You bought 2 item on Creative Fabrica. Is them allowed for unlimited commercial usage?
In their descriptions, It said that "commercial usage" But I wanna understand this: Can I use them for any using style, design etc, what I want? Can I use this for my any commercial business unlimited?
I see that the images created are not patterns, so when the image is used as a wrap you will see the line where the images merge, how can you solve that situation?
For many of the images, especially those showing multiple flowers, or multiple layered figures, this line is not noticeable.
But how exactly they look and whether it satisfies you, you can check with Seamless texture Checker - www.pycheung.com/checker/
This way you will see if the design is suitable.
@@eLibrary1 thanks!
In midjourney use -tile to make seamless patterns. Just saying “seamless pattern” in the body of the prompt doesn't work
Great tutorial, super informative, thank you so much! New subscriber, just for that!
Great video! If I have one wrap, and doesn’t need to be in a folder, where may I get the link to include in my PDF?
There is something wrong with my Canva settings I guess. When I send to back my artwork, it goes totally behind of the mockup image. How to apply the design exactly on the tumblers only?
There is a two-step send from behind. Use the first - Send backward, not Send to back.
hello thank you for this amazing video , i would ask you if i can creat 1 tumbler design and give my client bundles design from creative fabrica without editing them
I think that for any design you download from Creative Fabrica, you should read very carefully exactly what rights they grant you. I.e. for each product separately, you can find out whether or not you have the right to sell them in the form in which you acquire them.
But I advise you not to use anything without processing. First, you run the risk of someone claiming, and also, since they're on Creative Fabrica, it means other people have already downloaded and used them.
You can use ideas, mockups from creative fabrica, but also think about what to change - for example colors, some elements, fonts... to make the design more unique.
2 days ago i listed my first product and they suspend my account even if i filled the verification page.
Write an email to their support to find out why and what you did wrong or what their policy you didn't follow to get your account suspended.
By the end of the week I'll post a step-by-step video on how to sign up for an Etsy account, but anyway, I can't think of anything complicated. It is important that you follow the steps and be able to answer all identifications.
But ask them, they should answer you and if there is no problem they will release your account.
So much to learn. Thank you!
Great video
does upscaling the image in photoshop not have the same quality? or do i need to use a site like pixelbin
Of course you can use Photoshop, it is a bit more complicated to work with for people who have not used such programs. That's why I'm showing Pixelbin, it's easier to work with and most of all it's free.
I'm so confused.Should I enter the measurements as 2000:1763 or 2722:2325 on midjourney?(for 20z tumbler wraps)
I use these dimensions 2722:2325 on Midjourney because I see them in the requirements of Printify, which I use for print on demand business.
When preparing sublimation paper print files for 20 Oz tumblers, I put the dimensions in inches - 9.5 by 8.1 inches.
I always get excellent results with these sizes.
@@eLibrary1 okay thank u so much
@@eLibrary1 i get height shortage when using this size please help me
Yes, I type 2722:2325 on Midjourney, then print them out on a Sawgrass printer. There I select a size of 9.5 by 8.1 inches and when I lay out the image it matches perfectly in size.
@@eLibrary1 thank you
Sorry I adore Etsy. But I’ve put my heart and soul into my digital designs. Hours upon hours upon hours upon hours night after night day after day, and I literally have four kids and every moment I am spending trying to create beautiful items for my shop!!!
My items are free commercial use, and it’s interesting that listings that will get deactivated for false copyright infringement done to my hard work. That is my design. My idea my everything and it gets deactivated and then they’re watching me. My customers are so happy. I was going to receive the star seller badge but they won’t give it to me because I got my last warning about copyright and it’s so vile and I was willing to make less money all these months just to create quality, beautiful wraps that are just gorgeous and look who’s gaining and look who’s getting knocked out and it should be the other way around
Yes, unfortunately big platforms like Etsy and Amazon can suddenly decide that something doesn't meet their requirements and disable both listings and the entire store altogether.
There are many complaints from creators and the most unfortunate thing is that they hardly revise their decisions. And yes, it's really not fair and very disappointing.
That just happened to me! I had only been with Etsy for two weeks. The strange thing is I had got an inbox from someone called Abdullah, he asked if he could help me with my SEO, I told him that I couldn't afford it right now but he was persistent, and in the end, I had to cut him off, about an hour later I had two emails from Etsy telling me I infringed copyright, every single image was my own work!! Can't help but think it was this Abdullah being spiteful, anyway, I shut my shop and won't be returning. Etsy are nothing more than thieves!
OK last call and I promise please if you can explain what other platforms can garner costumers and sales
I can't keep making the quality digital Wrap & it gets deactivated
I realize right now I must branch out. AND I WANT TO FEEL FREE TO POST WHATEVER ART I CREATE!!!!
IT'S INSANE HOW I CONSTANTLY AM CHECKING IF IT'S ALL OVER.
I find it interesting that the designer that is doing the laziest on allowed content, but has tons of listings is making so much money and yet the designer of the shop that is doing it right has the best reviews has SUCH AMAZING CUSTOMERS AND I love them all!! Iove what they create and post so I say incredible costumer service.
I also find it quite interesting that the items that are getting reported and deactivated and I am completely in the right I sell is free commercial use so there are other Tumblr shops who are using the exact design that I created that I allow other people to use for their creations are top sellers in their shop yet I can’t even have the item in my shop. They won’t give me my star badge because of the complaints of copyright in Frenchman and I noticed it kept being like one or two or three similar items.
Maybe help us branch out.
I'm at a loss
M are top sellers in their shop yet I can’t even have the item in my shop. They won’t give me my star badge because of the complaints of copyright in Frenchman and I noticed it kept being like one or two or three similar items.
What I can advise you is to create your own store, you can check for example Shopify www.shopify.com/ and sell your designs there. If you connect your store with Printify you will be able to sell these designs as physical products as well. Also on Redbubble. You can advertise the store on Google, Instagram, Facebook.
You can also sell digital designs on Creative Fabrica - www.creativefabrica.com/ref/4331328/
They provide commissions even if you don't sell from your designs, but distribute something to each creator based on the number of designs you have uploaded. I.e. you should upload more designs. There you can also specify what rights you grant for your designs.
I wish you good luck! And you should not despair. I will also look for other platforms and if I learn anything I will write back to you.
