Frost has not changed one bit in character, look and persona since 1995, he is really like a real life vampire.
It's hair dye. lol
He's such a nice down to earth person. He's one of the best drummers in metal.
the best ones usually are. you can't get anywhere with an arrogant shit attitude.
I won't argue his drumming ability, but when I met him on tour for the 'Now, Diabolical' record, "nice" and "down to earth" were not words I would have used to describe him. Came off as a bit self-important to me. Bad night, perhaps.
Mark Little I have seen most of his interviews and he's a soft spoken guy. He comes off humble and kind. I think he's faking it, he seems sincere. Maybe he was in a bad mood the night you met him.
Nice down to earth person? You haven't seen the Until the Light Takes Us documentary then... The whole film is on YT
***** I saw it, so what?
He did a great acting job on the preforming art show he did. He's a soft spoken down to earth person. He's great.
I went to this drum clinic and it was amazing to hear Frost speaking about his music, influences and drives! He's such an eloquent fella and down to earth as well! Great inspiration to anyone out there... He has Tendinitis in every single muscle he uses for drumming and the message I got from him in this event is that it's "all about how you work through pain" to get through it! Awesome guy!
I was there too, +Bruno Tolosa and it was refreshing that there is no preaching nor a trace of elitism in one of drumming's elites. :)
It doesn't surprise me he has tendinitis, probably got it from the way, and speed at which he drums XD Frost is wicked good
Tendinitis wow in a extreme drummer has to be challenging. That's why he does yoga for quite a bit before and after also performing, if I'm not wrong, to this day and those post are, what 5 years old now. Very influential personality he is, also spiritually.
Good interview, and a good interviewer too. She asked intelligent questions (you don't always get that with metal journalists) and Frost answered well.
And I really like Frost's drumming on Infinity of Time and Space... lots of dynamics... a unique track.
And I bumped into the interviewer at the hotel and she was also awesome! :)
Post more of them playing dammit!! :)
Frost seems very consistent and wise guy
Best drummer of BLACK FUCKIN'IN METAL \,,/
3:29 what are they playing?!
Great interviewer, i know frost hate ignorant and oblivious journalists/interviewers... seen some interviews before other than this. Sucked, the aura was awful.
This was a really really good interview, you could tell the interviewer really cared and related to Frost and Frost felt comfortable and just all of this was really cool
He did.. except in the first 30 seconds he looked homicidal.
lol i love frosts character and how he plays it strongly , always good to listen to
Very good interview! Thank you!
Frost is fkin possessed !
Fico admirada com a sutileza e concentraçao de frost no falar
Is FROST a Sami descendant?
it's funny when you see him he looks intimidating, then he opens his mouth and... that voice lol
It's so soothing, I love to hear him speak
icexplura ppl keep commenting on his voice as if he sounds odd in some way. Just because you imagine him breathing fire when he talks... doesn't make his voice unusual. I appreciate that he doesn't falsely deepen his voice like so many dudes do for effect. 🙄
He is a great drummer, but edgy af.

@@AbsurdReal thank you haha. Finally!
Great interview

+62Tob The Infinity of Time and Space from the 2013 Satyricon album.
Thanks :)
Hopefully they're using better MICROPHONES now for interviews.
out of nowere he looks annoyed at this woman lol 0:38
Ewww, after Frost did that thing for that artsy fartsy guy where he stabbed a couch in the forest and thought it was metal, i see him as a desperate poser.
That was an exposition in Italy where they decided to expose self harm and what that means to BM, well I guess you didn't got the memo.
@@magalipearl7 he stabbed a couch. And he only got the role after every other member of the black metal scene at the time had turned it down.
@@cristophermora7171 still dont see where is the problem. The point is destroy normality, that's why the couch os on it, like the living room a normal family spend time. The point is still understan how art can read the scene and how scene read how art read them. By the way find art a way to speak your nonconformity is a better way than kill people like some from the Black Metal scene you are talking about choice to do. Still don't know why go after Frost because he chose art.
@@magalipearl7 that shit was gay as fuck
would you have preferred he do what Pelle Ohlin did? would that prove to you he's not a "poser"? as human beings we do usually follow by example, maybe he needs another example to follow & you could show him what it's like to b "true black metal".
