I’ve seen this before, I think 1 or 2 years before. I’m surprised this masterpiece of a mansion is still sitting untouched. If I have half a billion to spend, I’d purchase this in a heartbeat. Such an exquisite masterpiece, so deserving of its moniker, the Adamantite.

The house is beautiful but it looks sad ... wow! If the house is structurally developed same as a high rise building then it is indeed a forever home. Best to hire a lanscapist to modify the greenery and open the dining to the kitchen to make the house "maaliwalas".

I think that everyone is missing the fact that all the art collections are included, not to mention that the house is also fully furnished with a number of things. I must say that the art pieces are the ones that jacked up the price. You can buy the house and if you don't like the paintings, you can just put it in an auction but hello, why woukd you let go of the artworks that just gets pricier as it gets old?
Exactly. I do wonder why they didn’t opt to have the artworks (Arturo Luz! Cacnio!) auctioned off instead…
@@ma1ohma1 that is also one of the questions I have in mind. Maybe the present owner cant be bothered by individually liquidating these assets and decided to just sell it in package.
Value is what people are willing to pay for it. Art work is not easy to sell, maybe the owner collected a lot but wants to dispose all of them in an instant. This house is old they change nothing actually they just add plants, it's not worth the double of the previous price, because it's old outdated house

How do you know "EVERYONE is missing the fact . . ."? Did you take a survey? Art is very personal. What's "included" might not be to the new buyer's taste. Big mistake to throw that all in the price. Those should be OPTIONAL.

The bones of the house are nice -- but there's too much clutter. Far too many planters and pots all around. That drives me nuts. Also, why can't Julia be more precise in her narration- -- call a window a window, NOT a mirror -- and then keeps apologizing and correcting herself. Just be more precise in your choice of words. It would look & sound more professional that way.
Love all the wooden surfaces of the house. Finally, any house with a great (Abyssinian?) kitty like that -- gets my vote!!

Kasi I remember this house before being tag as "sold", natandaan ko to kasi pinaka captivating ung pool nia at ung mga Feng Shui effect sa bahay na namentioned ni Julia before..if I am not mistaken yellow pa ung single-seated na sofa na nasa pagpasok nung main door.. I remember feeling 'ay sayang nabili na' nung binalikan ko ung unang vid nito as if may pambili ako 🤦♀😅😁
Scary naman ng frontage. Parang jungle, forest may malaki pang old tree yikes. Tahanan ng mga white lady & elements & whatnot yikes i don't like. Hindi maaliwalas ngeeee! Scary.

Saw this house 2years ago and this is one of my favorite. The first time i saw this house 2years ago it was love at first sight. Until one day, i saw in the description that it was already sold. It made me sad. But when i saw this video again, i was shocked that it's for sale again. I wonder why. By the way, i like the old set up of the house prior to it was sold to the new owner.

I have a folder of presello houses that I've bookmarked and ito yung unang video na nandoon. I can't believe it's still in the market as this is one of the best houses featured here.
I would expect more for $6M home. It feels cluttered and the ceiling seems low in some places. Not a lot sunlight coming in because overgrown plants blocking the light. They might want to invest on stager for this house to sell.
