You've been killing it with your consistency, man. Another great video that covers everything I want in a review. I don't know how you get these kits so early but you definitely have a leg up on the competition! Keep up the great work!
The early kit privilege is gonna be gone starting July or August since I'm immigrating away from Hong Kong, but I'm glad you liked what I've covered. Thank you
I was little afraid that Beguir-Pente gonna be P-Bandai, but good thing it's not. Those sticker we're Nightmare, i mean covering clear plastic with sticker just for antidote activate effect, that's really bad. At least i can customizing with alus Earthree head
In hindsight, that is indeed a waste. They could've molded them in the frame's color, then have us apply the green stickers over them... Then again, you can just leave them off for the clear purple
I painted mine in the lineart colors for demo purposes. Someone suggested painting it in the Dom paint scheme, which I definitely think someone should try
Somehow that shield remind me OO..... And maybe... I will aim this kit for that shield alone. I mean... It look cool, can expanded, and host a beam saber inside 👀
I mean in real life there are long-serving military combat aircraft that don't have major noticeable physical changes to them despite being 30 - 40 years old, e.g. the latest F-16 variants in production don't look much different at a glance from previous variants despite being more technologically advanced.
@@mj2005gundam Fair point. Still, it probably should've been considered since in a life or death situation... people tend to do some really stupid things if they believe it'll allow them to survive.
Not a worthy successor to the Beguir-Beu, I hope Kenanji pilots his MS again in S2. These Pente units didn't leave a lasting impression on me, I see them as Gundam fodder. At least Beguir-Beu has two Gundam kills.
I think they're gonna retire the predecessor unit unfortunately... If anything, I would want an anti-Gundam Gundam for Kenanji, one that looks like a Gundam without the GUND-Format and a stronger antidote system

The Beguir series went from being an unstoppable menace to a punching bag.
The power scaling in the proper series is absolutely rubbish, that's why
@@mj2005gundam To be fair this is the mass produced descendant vs the super powered MC descendant. It makes sense.
Only works up to Permet 3.
Maybe if they upgrade the antidote, beguir series will go back at being Gundam Hunter.
Plus, the Beu was piloted by an ace from a spec-ops team, so that also contributed to it being such a beast
That feet clutch pose with the Demi-trainer was sick looking.
Thank you, took me a while to balance it. Would've been the Zowort had it come a month earlier
I am so never gonna get used to duck mechs ever since the Zedas from Gundam AGE. Can't take them seriously.
And since these guys were just pushovers at this point, I can see why
i will surely get this one and do color correcting painting, so far this has to be my fav ms design by the grassley ms designs
Good luck with mixing the paints, it took me forever to get a passable red

2:07 Hmm, the Michalis is fairly tall.
3:45 And that darker purple is pretty cool.
Michaelis is 20.3 meters in-lore so yeah. And thank you, I tried to replicate the dark purple of the line art as closely as I could
@@mj2005gundam Looks great.
Not big fan that colour scheme but the shield is more interesting than the kit, but with some paint job the mech could be better
That shield does look like it would be fun for a kitbash after some paint
@@bagel_guy9495 could be kitbash to make crusader type gunpla

Agreed. Only interested in the shield.

That shield is definitely THE selling point of this kit, everything else either complements it or can be thrown aside, depending on who you ask
@@mj2005gundam if it was me the answer is yes....
The shield is the only selling point this kit has 👍
I'm not sure that in 25 years or whatever had passed, that they hadn't refined the body at all. I'd expect at least some kind of difference.

I think they have to now that the Pentes have been rendered absolutely useless
why the fuck bandai make the the parts on the backpack clear purple when they can do it in grey
Only reason I could think of is that they want to provide clear pieces for the deactivated antidote, but that's with heavy mental gymnastics
I'm actually really into this kit. Not a fan of the colour scheme, thinking of repainting if I order one. Great review :)
Excited to know what you come up with, thanks for popping by
Shame this things creators forgot there were numbers after 3 when making the Antidote system. XD
Probably because Score 4 is lethal, and they didn't expect anyone mad enough to go there. Then again, that's a flaw in their technology as well

Shady Diq Harem Squad, Antidote Jet Stream Attack!
Suletta: Aerial, Permet 6!
Permet Score 4, and your efforts are rendered moot
@@mj2005gundam With a risk of committing Happy Birthday, unless you're Suletta and/or Sophie.
Bruh how…..how did you get this & the michaelis so fast??????
Hong Kong just has them close to launch, so yeah
I don’t really care about this bit the shield is definitely cool. Would like to make a knight like Beguir
A holy shield for your Grassley units, it's definitely the main selling point of this kit
Paint that cross shield gold and maintain the red. It would become a crusader shield
That'd be beautiful for a custom
👍🏻👍🏻
Thank you for popping by
I think this one is much better than the original!
To each their own. I still like the Beu better, but I could now better appreciate the Pente with the kit in hand
