okay listen, your tier list is far way more reasonable. I watch it till the end and I see why you put like lot of character at the top at the same time I see lot of people complain about the certain thing about the character with my own gameplay when i play the game. So i can say that this tier kinda accurate especially for F2P or new player.
Disclaimer:If you old player and you have your own opinion, I know you will say that YOURS character is better but what this youtuber doing is he try to help new player at the same time F2P player. If you watch till the end, the character who is on the S and A is a playable character then you can find in the game. Thats why. Now I understand this tier after watch it 2 times😂
I just installed the game and tutorial saying I need to do league battle but it's stuck at matching and every 10 minutes will say unable to connect to server
i guess you should try to close the game and open it. If its still happen maybe there a problem with the server. Because they say they did fix the server but yeah try again bro
For me Tier S is where the character is 100% playable. Tier A is where the character is 50/50 where you might lose easily or win easily Tier B is where the character is good for a support and need to be upgrade but dont waste a lot on the boost Tier C is where the character is good in challange battle but not on the league. So its mean you use it you lose it so nothing good about it. Tier D is where the character is just for fanbase. Nothing for league or even challange battle. Its just for i dont even know, trash i guess

I mean I gonna put atleast a lot of new character not at least S tier or A too...at the same time shanks should be on top with s snake, garp, Roger, Lucci and yamato runner...btw W video tho. the reason is maybe based on your experience but mine is based on I used...so yeah W
