A Civil War Drummer boy
A suffragette and doctor of medicine
A son of a US President
A Kentucky Farm boy
All four earned the Medal of Honor, the United States Armed Forces' highest military decoration. We share four amazing stories of bravery and valor from our nation’s heroes who have earned the Medal of Honor.

Fuck yeah! Sergeant Meyer earned that medal ! Hearing the pleas of his fellow Marines and being told not to help them by a dumb ass officer. SEMPER FI Sgt. Meyer !
might be worth mentioning Douglas Munro was awarded the first and only U.S. Coast guard Medal of Honor, in 1942 for heroism in leading landing crafts to emergency evacuation Chesty Pullers Marines from Guadalcanal. He was killed in the action.
You should watch the documentary we did on Doug Munro. You will enjoy it. Here on our channel.
Courage is not learned- you either have it or you don’t when it’s called for- for many of us it’s not there when we need it.
When you coming to the National Medal of Heritage center in Chattanooga TN
Excellent!!🏆
Thanks!
Great video and very timely thank you
Glad you enjoyed it
Awesome job as always!
I appreciate that
The MOH is not earned...it's awarded by congress. Thought I should mention that.
The medal of honor is a five pointed star, or pentagram. There's a good one, with one point facing up and two points facing down, resembling a human. Then there's the evil 😈 one, with two points facing up resembling the beast, or goats head, signifieng the devil 😈. Why on God's Green Earth would the US make their highest award for bravery, honor, and sacrifice, to look like the evil form of the pentagram. I could never figure that out. They should have made it with one point facing up. Just saying, no disrespect to anyone who has earned this medal, but me myself, I'd rather wear the purple 💜 heart....
No offense to Dakota Meyer, Roy Benavidez story about his broken back and then getting shot and stabbed.
The Medal of Honor was a different medal in the 19th century. Many medals issued in the 19th century were later retracted.
Smedley Butler was more than a hero he was a Democratic GOD
I won't be surprised if a Guardian(Space Force) save a fellow guardian from an Alien and got the Medal of honor
Thanks for watching our channel.

0:15 And the last one’s a loser!
You are.
@@GradyPhilpott Hmm
Interesting
So anyways back to discussing how I actually care about respecting the MOH
@@ComfortsSpecter I rest my case.
@MJ Why do you say loser? Explain please.
@@MarkingHistoryChannel Mr I’m not a Hero
But when I need to use my clout to push horrible opinions though, example: Wannabe Operators = anybody none mil (despite the fact police, civilians, medics etc have access to more training than you got (sad but true) and get into urban violence more often but ok)
But when I frame myself as a hero and use my hero status to push a brand though
Presents himself as overall rowdy and trashy person and runs his own business into the ground by losing the public image hard
Accused of going far beyond what we know for certain behind the scenes
Mr comes back ten years later semi washed up and sadly reminded me he exists
I’m sorry that story happened to you but you simply aren’t a very likable individual by what you’ve given me
He’s a story of a meaningful event, The MOH, but he’s just not a very good Personality
Genuine question. Why all the pagan symbology? From a supposed Christian country? They look great and I understand the Greek and Roman references. I just don't understand why?. Same with the symbology on the ceiling murals in your house of congress. Even your money has pagan symbology.. From an outsiders view it's a conundrum.. in Oz we roll differently. No offence intended. Simple curiosity
I think that it don't take away from the prestige of and homer of the 15:58 people who receive the medal but I do think it insulting and embarrassing that Obama even touched them!!
