In this video I am going to explain how to make baked chicken in a very simple and quick way.
I think the best version of baked chicken is the simplest of all. That is chicken with salt and pepper and not much more. Personally, I like to add a few sprigs of rosemary to the baked chicken for aroma. Sometimes I also add a few cloves of garlic.
In this version you will see that I add half an onion and an apple that I had lying around. They are complements to the garnish so it is not necessary to add the onion and the apple when preparing to cook baked chicken.
Ingredients for easy baked chicken
1 chicken
salt and pepper
The chicken can be cooked whole, in quarters, or in cuts. As it is more comfortable for you. In my case I like to cook chicken in cuts.
To achieve a crispy baked chicken it is necessary to cook it skin side up, at high temperature and let it brown. If necessary, you can put it on the bottom rack of the oven so that the fire hits it from above and burns the skin a little bit.
Now that you know how to make easy baked chicken, you are ready to add other seasonings and try new options. I recommend you try lemon chicken or mustard chicken.

Nunca se me ocurrió agregar manzana verde al horno junto con el pollo, que es lo que le aporta?
@@mariamansilla9040 en este caso nada, es una guarnición jeje por eso digo al principio que es opcional. Si le pusiéramos más verduras y un poco de caldo sí podría darle sabor, pero así como lo puse en el video no.
me gustaria saber por que las manzanas, pero si super facil de hacer :3
porque me gustan jajaja, las manzanas y la cebolla no son necesarias
Hay alguna fruta que pueda poner en vez de manzana?
