Shaka in this episode said he couldn't keep up with the advancements made 900 years ago. Vegapunk wasn't born back then, he just studied and try to mimic what was done back then. It just like how franky tried to mimic vegapunk. That means for the passed several centuries , the one piece world has been living in a government imposed dark age
in robin's flashback, there was a doctor called doctor clover. when he was talking to the five ealders, he was talking about an ancient kingdom existed in the void century. I think we can relate this with what shaka was talking about
It's the void century when Joyboy was alive. And I think everyone should have an idea of the names of the seraphims. S - Snake (Boa) , S - Hawk (Mihawk) and S - Shark (Jinbei).

I figured that since Seraphims are essentially still Pacifistas, it makes sense that they'd have Kizaru's Logia Light Laser powers, but learning they can be infused with other Devil Fruit powers (which essentially in this case at the time being Senor Pink's powers who's most likely in prison which might be how Vegapunk got a sample of his Devil Fruit Lineage Factor) is Terrifying with these new enforcers!!!! Along with the fact that Seraphims also seem to retain the skills their original templates have (as well as you know Lunarian flaming invulnerability)

This was the episode i realized most of the warlord's epithet/names are animal themed.... "Hawkeyed" Mihawk, "Snake Princess" Boa Hancock, Doflamingo, Crocodile, Edward Weevil(a kind of bug), Kuma(Bear in Japanese), Jinbe(a literal fishman)and Gecko Moria. these are all the ones with animal related names/epithets. And considering the names of the seraphim so far, (S. Hawk, S. Snake, S. Shark) i think 7 of these 8 might be the the ones used to model 7 Seraphims to replace the 7 Warlords.
Yonko level ? R u serious ? The entire mountain cutting attack didn't even make a scratch to blackbeard and half of the scenes in the episode are filler . In the manga in this chapter sanji was thrown flying .

its not in the manga but i definitely think its safe to assume its the old seven warlords because if jimbei is there then the other ones are probably there too also law, newgate and buggy only became warlords months ago and it would prob take longer than that to develop the seraphims

Plus when i was readin the chapters, I assumed that S-Shark's version of the sui-sui no mi ability would look exactly like Senor Pink's, but S-Shark's version lookin like he's swimmin in water was dope to see! Also, where did you get that dope Gear 5 luffy shirt from? And y'know if I can get it as a hoodie?
You clearly don't have a good grasp on what that term means. Society crumbling slowly due to decadence isn't apocalyptic, those are wholly different things... The greater percentage of the global population is not stated to have died, disappeared or anything on that level... This would be like saying the Fall of Rome makes us a post apocalyptic world... makes no sense. Its a dystopian world, not post apocalyptic.
As for the "replication of devil fruit ability" do keep in mind that Vegapunk DID experiment on Artificial Devil Fruits as you've seen in Punk Hazard - Momonosuke's Dragon is oddly Familiar to Kaido's Fish-Fish Mythical Zoan isn't it? Wouldn't be a surprise if Senior Pinks Devil Fruit was replicated aswell :p

The seraphims are based off of all the warlords that took part in the paramount war. Excluding Blackbeard and including Jimbei (as shown in this episode) and Crocodile. So Buggy, Weevil, and Law do not have a seraphim clone. What’s a little bit funny is that all the warlords Luffy beat are not on Egghead right now.😆
Very good episode. And yeah S-shark using Senior Pinks devil fruit power but you will see later why he can use it and what the other Seraphims can do. Robocon” which was confirmed by Oda in an SBS, & is voiced by Tokuyoshi Kawashima - Punk-06 (Greed) aka York is maybe named after the Cape York meteorite one of the largest iron meteorites found but also in Japanese heritage name “yoku” can simply mean “Greed / Desire”, & she is voiced by Mutsumi Tamura - Fun fact in an SBS someone wanted to know the cat that is working with Edison which Oda answered that it’s name is Joshu (means “assistant”) & it loves to help others even takes notes with a pen & paper it carries plus is also a reference to the Japanese idiom “neko no te mo karitai” meaning "to want to borrow even the paw of a cat"
If Vegapunk was able to copy Kaido's DF, which momosuke ate at the old lab of Vegapunk (PUNK HAZARD), then yeah it's very possible he was able to replicate other DFs
S-Shark, S-Hawk, S-Snake, S-Crocodile, S-Gecko, S-Flamingo, S-Bear, (bro just Imagine a seraphim after law and blackbeard ?) (for sure Law is a snow leopard due to his hat) but for BB 🥶🥶 (maybe a Medusa ? 'cause they never fall asleep like him’
As a sanji fan, I actually like this. It makes seraphim more of a threat, which will make the story move easier when they show up for more confrontations
@@grumplysoapstudio7382 Except this interaction makes absolutey zero sense with what comes up later in the manga. Spoiler alert: Sanji and seraphim jimbei have more of a confrontation later and sanji deals with him like nothing. The seraphim are strong, but they aren't on sanjis level.
I think that these english subtitles didn't express well enough one of the lines said by Vegapunk 1 which unabled you to fully grasp the extent of what he really meant to say. By the way, I am not caught up with the manga of One Piece so what I am about to say are not spoilers, just my interpretation. Since I am part italian, I watch One Piece with some italian subtitles which for me better translate the Anime. When in the subtitles that you watched this episode with, Vegapunk 1 (Shaka) says that this egg island "is from the past", in the italian subtitles that I watched, it is instead translated as "this island is the past" which for me makes quite a big difference when it comes to the meaning behind what he exactly was trying to imply. As soon as I read him saying that in the italian subtitles, it suddenly clicked in my head a huge revelation that left me speechless!!! I realized that all that Vegapunk is doing with Egg Island is to try to replicate as much as possible the supposedly advanced technology of the ancient Kingdom that existed in the Void century and which was destroyed by the World Government of the past to replicate it with what eventually became the present World government, something (meaning the existence of this Kingdom and the fact that it was wiped out by the former version of the World Government) which was theorized by the old leader of the Ohara island archeologists who was shot by Spandam's father back in Robin's flashback during the Enies Lobby arc. This theory of mine or rather interpretation of what Vegapunk Shaka was actually trying to say makes perfect sense to me since before he said the line in the italian subtitles "this island (refering to Egg Island) is the past" he says "there is something that even I can't surpass" referring to the advanced technology of Egg Island😳😳!!! AGAIN THESE ARE NOT SPOILERS JUST MY THEORY/INTERPRETATION

Sanji fans are not happy with this episode. In the manga the seraphim never threw Sanji like that. Sanji fans are convinced toei hates Sanji now.
Yeah, add that in the opening we see who Zoro fights, but not Sanji who also had a pacifista later to fight.
As a sanji fan, I actually like this. It makes seraphim more of a threat, which will make the story move easier when they show up for more confrontations

Sanji and seraphim jimbei have more of a confrontation later and sanji deals with him like nothing. The seraphim are strong, but they aren't on sanjis level.
I think that these english subtitles didn't express well enough one of the lines said by Vegapunk 1 which unabled you to fully grasp the extent of what he really meant to say. By the way, I am not caught up with the manga of One Piece so what I am about to say are not spoilers, just my interpretation. Since I am part italian, I watch One Piece with some italian subtitles which for me better translate the Anime. When in the subtitles that you watched this episode with, Vegapunk 1 (Shaka) says that this egg island "is from the past", in the italian subtitles that I watched, it is instead translated as "this island is the past" which for me makes quite a big difference when it comes to the meaning behind what he exactly was trying to imply. As soon as I read him saying that in the italian subtitles, it suddenly clicked in my head a huge revelation that left me speechless!!! I realized that all that Vegapunk is doing with Egg Island is to try to replicate as much as possible the supposedly advanced technology of the ancient Kingdom that existed in the Void century and which was destroyed by the World Government of the past to replicate it with what eventually became the present World government, something (meaning the existence of this Kingdom and the fact that it was wiped out by the former version of the World Government) which was theorized by the old leader of the Ohara island archeologists who was shot by Spandam's father back in Robin's flashback during the Enies Lobby arc. This theory of mine or rather interpretation of what Vegapunk Shaka was actually trying to say makes perfect sense to me since before he said the line in the italian subtitles "this island (refering to Egg Island) is the past" he says "there is something that even I can't surpass" referring to the advanced technology of Egg Island😳😳!!! AGAIN THESE ARE NOT SPOILERS JUST MY THEORY/INTERPRETATION
