- At the end of July, Ryan and I went to Oregon with our friends. The trip was a wedding gift from them and we felt so thankful and blessed to spend time with our amazing friends. Since we were away, I thought it'd be fun to explore the stores there to see if I can find toys and dolls I hadn't seen or were looking for!

I really like the Lottie dolls line. They have dolls that have, say, cochlear implants, but they don't make a big deal of pointing it out. It's just a part of the doll, which is great.

Wonderful treats! I adore studio ghibli so i was a bit sad not to see the totoro paper properly. I would so use that in my journal too. The kiki's delivery service looked nice 😁

I hope you like the Lottie doll! I just gave one to my niece, and have a couple. They're a fun scale for collecting miniatures (example: Real Littles Shopkins for food; MegaBloks American Girl figure for an American Girl doll) and doing little crafts. You *can* pose them a bit--they have bendable knees. :)

Yes Lottie dolls are made in Ireland. I am helping them come up with idea for clothes. They don’t fit articulated bodies.

The Lottie doll was created because parents were concerned about the over sexualization of the dolls being sold, the creator's were in London, England to start with but moved to County Donegal, Ireland. Lottie was created in 2012, Finn was created in 2014. Lottie is the first doll to go into space after a British astronaut took her there in 2015, she was also created to resemble a 9 year old child. The creator's have won over 20 rewards since Lottie was first made, I bought one for one of my great nieces last year and she loves her.
