Thank you for posting this video. I got a new galaxy watch yesterday and when I linked it to my phone it somehow enabled *bedtime-mode* and in turn enabled *grayscale-mode*. After watching this video I went to settings, disabled *bedtime-mode*, and got my screen color back. Thank you!
