5:02 that's referring to the durometer of the rubber in Shore A; the higher the number, the stiffer the rubber. Typically elastomer seals or seal energizers are in the range of 60-80 durometer, with dampers (like shift bushings) being a little higher, but there's always overlap.

Install the turner bushing , it’s perfect it makes a difference ,I went with 90A and 25% reduction as well
