00:05 TESA या TESE कैसे होता है?
Testies में sperm तो ready होते है। लेकिन Sperm बहर नही आपते। तो Doctor TESA या TESE करने को कहते हैं। इसके लिया Testies एक cut लगा कर Sperm को बहर निकला जाता हैं|
01:00 TESA Procedure के लिए कितने सेमी हॉस्पिटल में रहना होगा।
TESA Procedure एक Day Care Procedure है। इस Procedure के लिए खाली पेट Hospital आना होता है। इस Procedure से पहल Anesthesia दिया जाता है। यह Procedure 30 Min से डेढ़ घंटे तक चाल सकती है। Procedure के बाद जब Anesthesia का असर कम होता है तो धीरे Uneasiness महसूस हो सकती है। Same Day Discharge मिलता है।और 48 hrs के बाद Normal Routine Follow कर सकते हैं।

घर जानें के बाद आपको कुछ चीज़ों का ध्यान रखना होता है जैसे वजन उठाने से बचे और तेज़ी से भागने से बचे क्योके शरीर पर ज्यादा Pressure आने से समस्या हो सकती है।
03:18 क्या TESE से निकले Sperm se IUI होता है?
TESA या TESE से निकले Sperm को Direct Uterus में नहीं दल सकते। यानी इस Sperm से IUI नही किया जा सकता, इससे सिर्फ Freeze कर के Future Treatment के लिए इस्तमाल कर सकते हैं।
