Excersie tips: the push-ups are good but make sure your body is as straight as possible. Make sure your knee touches the ground when doing lunges. With the bends at 5:54 make sure to keep your back bent the same way all through the excersie. When doing planks try to keep your body a bit more straight, finally try to do weight excersise or put weights on you when doing the body weight ones you’ve been doing so far.
