During the 2016 vacation we were in Palladium Riviera Maya, we were in an Ambassador room (king-size bed, independent lounge equipped with sofa bed, all kinds of state of the art services and VIP gifts, whirlpool bath from the equipped terrace) more information on the hotel website.
