- This song predates MLP FIM, but I only came across this pretty recently. I was really thinking about the lyrics and thought about how I could picture Diamond Tiara singing it as a frustrated ballad towards her insufferable mother. I've been holding a grudge against the girl ever since she crossed the line in Flight to the Finish, but since she had her reformation arc, maybe it's about time I forgive her.
This song is probably the hardest song I've sang to date. I even got a noise complaint while I was recording it. I was pretty nervous about how much falsetto I had to use, but I figure I've got to at least try. Hopefully it turned out tolerable.

She only acted like the spoiled brat she was all because of her mother, But deep down all DT ever wanted was to be socially accepted and to be liked not because she was rich but because she was being herself.

The problem with Diamond Tiara's reformation, arguably, is that it isn't built up over time, but rather is introduced in a single episode. And more importantly, after that episode, Diamond Tiara loses any and all relevance for the rest of the series.
It woudlve been better as a two parter. Maybe like a sorta “hey this is the theme from now on for these charcters”
And maybe building in some guilt.
@@Fvntime Say it was how Season 6 opened, as the two parter that would help set the new status quo, especially since that's when the marked CMC episodes really began. It'd make more sense than what we got as the actual Season 6 premier.
