Ageing Disgracefully 15 December 2021

Today I'm sick. I talk about my UC symptoms preventing me from going to swim or walk or anything. But I know I'll get better. I just have to be patient. And get out and walk in Nature around my hou.

Oof dah. I hope you get some relief from your UC flare and your stress lessens. I agree, when we lived in England, we had little to no wait for a doctor visits. We were shocked when Eric was sick with a sinus infection and a doctor made a house call! I have nothing but good things to say about socialized medicine.
