Hauna dhimoni Tanaka you just need a good dermatologist and probably an allergist (I understand they can be pricey). There are different types of eczema and it might be worth getting checked to see which one you have so you can find the right treatment and care for yourself. You may have eliminated some things off your diet and day to day living but if you can’t pinpoint exactly the root cause you will try all things in the world and not find the right solution. I’m hoping you get some relief soon🤍
Hi wish there was an option to send pictures via the comment section, I've also had eczema since I was a baby...tried Epimax, E45, Epizone, many ointments you name it, until I got a prescription from LINK (A pharmacy). They call it "The Mixture", they basically mix ointments based on your gender, age, severity ofcthe eczema etc and it has worked ever since! I hope you see this, because I know how frustrating having eczema can get with all the recommendations people give you, but this one I can testify. I even had a time when I would go back to certain ointments when the mixture finished, they would damage my skin again, but as soon as I'd repurchase the mixture, a week or 2 wouldn't pass and my skin would be clear again
Hey guys, love you always! But I just have to say, even if it demonic what is happening to your (Tanaka) skin, BELIEVE THAT YOU ARE PROTECTED! I’m personally praying for you guys and believe in the God I serve. Of course not everything is straight forward, but that’s why it’s important to believe in Him, so we can have peace of mind knowing that He is fighting our battles so we can focus fully on loving and serving Him and others! You’re much more than your skin! And thank you for being vulnerable about it ❤️ PS. Please share those products you think will help you or want to try, even if they are out of your budget. Allow God to use those who can to bless you! Love you always
Hi Tanaka, maybe you need to try watching what you eat. Try leaving out things like gluten, eggs, fish and peanuts. And also it could be the carpet in your room as well. The only way to know for sure is getting an allergy prick test/blood test. Thats the quickest way to know for sure. I wish you all the best.
Hey guys I have a close friend of mine ane mwana ane eczema since she was a baby and now she's 8 anoshandisa lotion inonzi phenagan mengsel eskem i know im getting the words mixed up but i thot i should just share ,akatomira kuishandisa the eczema comes back maybe Tanaka u can give it a try but mapharmacy ari ikoko kuCapetwn they dont have it i actually send it nePep for them Iam in Joburg
I was not sure if I should share but I hope this helps.. Try a bodywash at dischem that has tea tree oil. It's on a white bottle for about R50. Tea tree oil helps with eczema and other skin conditions. I believe it's by a company called nature's nourishment at dischem.
Tanaka my suggestion is to monitor your diet too. Certain foods that we eat cause inflammation and it’s worse with eczema. While you look for a remedy please research on eczema diet plans and do a process of elimination- see if reducing wheat or other foods helps while you increase fruits and vegetables. Your plate could have more colourful veggies and fruits more than starch etc. Sugar, dairy and junk food doesn’t help. It inflames your gut and goes to your skin. Look up other UA-camrs with eczema if you type that up. I think a healthy diet lifestyle is better and sustainable for the long term. The fries and pies probably aren’t a nutritious meal. Please just try. Blessings to you all 💕
My sister has it since she was a baby and she uses Devacote cream the whole of her life and it working for her 36years now.....keep on trying one day unowana solution
6:10 yes its severe eczema some call it psoriasis..kindly visit a dermatologist...or use organic skincare products such as goatmilk body butter. Thats how i got to manage mine ...zvako zvitori nani mine was worse. But the goatmilk worked wonders ...get better soon and its not a demon its just a skin condition it gets better with time hey trust me.
Hi, i am South African by birth and im zulu. I have been requesting for subtitles because i want to engage with the vlog. Unfortunately i can't since there are no subtitles inserted, I love your content but i think i speak for everyone who is non-shona that there may please be subtitles even though the translation is inaccurate. Siyanicela bantu bakithi. ❤️ Love from the east rand JHB❤❤❤❤
I wish putting subtitles was easy so we can do it for every video but its very difficult and it takes hours sometimes days to translate everything off which we will be behind schedule with vlogtober. We are working on hiring someone who can focus just on that but its gonna take a little bit long as we need to get our finances together but yeah we working on it and expect subtitles on every video soon.
@@kim_and_tanaka that is okay but I really want to learn Shona from y'all. May you find a software that makes it easier for y'all to translate. ❤️ Have a blessed day, ngiyabonga.
You must bath with Pure soap and use the original Epimax and go to a skin doctor for other thing and I also have the same condition as you but worse so it has been good and I saw the result in a week
I also have a skin disease, the dermatologist prescribed me a lotion to use but i couldn't see any difference for 3 weeks , went to tell her its not working she said i should give it time. After 2 months of consistency i saw results so maybe you should give one product a shot for a preiod of 2 or 3 month maybe it will help, if it doesn't then you can change. And oh it gets worse before it gets better because the skin rejects the product in the beginning
For eczema i would try natural soaps and butters with calendula and oatmeal..also laundry detergent stay away from scented laundry detrgents..the carpet is another culprit i would highly recommend getting it professionally cleaned or rent carpet cleaning machine..mushonga yemupharmacy wont work its waste of money...my doc in usa recommended we dry wash my son cause water drys. The skin for people w eczema..natural made soap works better secret is calendula and oatmeal in the soap..eczema can get real bad quick ..hopefully you will find something that works soon..also window remubedroom needs to saty closed..and open as needed for short while..dust iro van affect you too ..cause your bed is right by the window..You ve been doing a great job taking care of your family..keep it up..
there is a girl i learnt with in high school who had a similar extreme eczema condition and through out the term she would just have bad skin but as soon as she went back home for holiday since we were boarders it would go away so perhaps its really a spiritual thing hope you get better BaKImaya
I have eczema too try E45 cream, and avoid cabbage, milk, corn peanuts magarine eggs you can eat but not too much ,coz there is noway way you can survive without eating all that juss try eating less of those things, Things you can add in your diet more ,fermented foods, carrots, broccoli squash pumpkin, cauliflower, blueberries, coconut oil sweet potatoes coz you can buy all those creams but aslong as you eat the wrong thing inoramba ichinetsa and always clean your stomach often

Hey, my daughter has eczema, too she is 6 and has lots of scares. What helps when conducive dettol baths, soaking in oatmeal when she gets itchy, during summer she enjoyed swimming, the chlorine has a soothing effect too. When you can, take something to make you sleep too. My daughter has a lotion with lidocaine it just numbs her skin immediately. She has medication she drinks daily. Also, she suffers from allergies and taking meds for that helps. Go to a dermatologist and be attentive to what triggers. My entire house uses hypoallergenic and biodegradable products from the kitchen, laundry, bathroom, bedrooms. It costs but helps and you need the relief. But also pray and seek spiritual solutions. All the best.
Try creams Devacote, Betad and percivate (sp) cream Then mix one of the cream with aqueous cream the mixture use it for a month and after a month make another mixture and buy e45 cream for then use a mixture twice a week and the other days put E45 .. reason being those creams are so strong so putting them a lot can even change skin color more like bleaching ….try this and get back to me I am Talking from a 💊 exp
Please try E45...besides dry skin, its meant for eczema prone skin. My young brother had bad eczema for a long time and it was the worst on his neck and mama vangu vakazo mukwesha nedombo and sometimes she used the sac from onions, vozora E45...akazova nani nekufamba kwenguva. Hey there tanaka I do have the same eczema you have. Truth be told there is absolutely permanent solution for that But something to just easy if you can have someone in Zim to buy acquios plus 5 with a blue and use that for bathing then also dettol original soap You can try apply allergix cream with yellow colour I think it cost r30-r40 in clicks or Dis-Chem or medi rite Epimax with the yellow from shoprite it’s 120rand this might help you Cause the eczema I have burns my skin black but those help me with to easy itchiness Then try to check if there are no molds around your place you stay
Hi Tanaka. What kind of eash cloth do you use? I used to have serious eczema when I was young.
