OMG!!! I am so glad I came across your videos. I am taking my tests tomorrow and it will be my 3rd time. I haven't come close to the 70% required to pass the test. I finished 3rd in my high school graduating class with a GPA of 3.86. I have always done great on tests and passed with flying colors. I don't think I've ever taken a test where they are purposely trying to make you fail. They are, after all, in the business to make money! Of course, now that I'm 52, I'm sure things have changed a lot and testing companies have advanced on their tactics to confuse the person taking the test. The first two times I took the test, I swear there were two answers that were correct. I couldn't select both answers. I have studied and studied and studied but still failed. This isn't a proud thing to admit or, publish on social media! I know all the key words and was very confident on the first test. All I can say is, "Wish me luck tomorrow!
I'm a SC Realtor by way of a previous company, now I'm in NC obtaining Real Estate license. I failed NC state portion on Friday. I have people waiting on me, what you would advice in order to pass next go round?
Hi Joe...I have just taken and passed the exam with the help of your videos on youtube. You are amazing teacher. It is free and helps me a lot to understand. I did not take courses, just books and your videos. Sandra
Joe- Thank you. I completed a real estate school but was struggling just to pass its final exams, let alone pass the RE Exam. So I discovered you. Did about all of your youtube webinars and I passed my finals and just passed the National and State exams yesterday. I have you to thank. Now, if I can find me a broker that would hire an older lady trying to do a career change from the field of education into real estate.
I am taking my test in a month or so. I passed my State test but never went back for my National, time is now! I love your videos, i am better at listening to things rather than reading. You are awesome!
I am so glad one of my classmates told me about you. My teacher is awesome however by the time I hit the parking lot I do not retain anything. And I am currently a closing coordinator in a real estate office!! In college I aced exams studying the night before but 20 years later I cannot remember how to get home from the school building. I learn by listening so you have helped. Thank you. My test is next week and although I don't feel very confident I will pass I will continue to watch these until I do. p.s. Two things I've heard you say are exactly what she says. "Learn later, pass now. Keep it simple." We are not allowed any "what if" questions. Neither of you over-teach. I don't need 5 examples of an easement in gross when utilities example is what will be on the test. Thanks again!
Gosh, another great video, Joe! My exam is in 3 days and your videos are helping me review so much! Do you still make these? I notice most are a few years old. Either way, they're great!
I love your vids, I'm writing my state exam on Monday but you got me confused on her first question. I thought the answer was exclusive agency, how is it open if the signed with an agent. The other one was unfinished, based on Fair Housing, membership and churches are not applicable so I thought it was D. If you can get back before Monday, that would be great, otherwise great job in explaining well enough for the exams, some things come with practice too!
I am studying for the test using "Mastering Real Estate Principles 7th edition. Is there a way for me to find out if these webinars follow the same succession of the chapters? So, if I read a section or a chapter, then can I get on to a webinar that teaches the same info I just read.
I would’ve gotten the first question wrong :( I’m confused. Wouldn’t exclusive listing be correct because the seller signed a listing agreement with them? And that is why they didn’t get the commission because they didn’t find the buyer.? If someone else sells it, you get nothing. What is they key here to differentiate? Help🙆🏼♀️plz
Hi Joe! LOVE your videos -- have probably already watched 20+ of them :) Thanks so much for all your help! Just wanted to make a quick note... At 24:04, you say that "Express Release" means when the servient tenement signs over their rights to the easement, saying, "We don't need this anymore -- done." I think you meant to say that in express release, the DOMINANT tenement is the one that signs the note to release their rights to the easement, right?
Omg the nursing home example was totally awesome!!! I will never forget pur autre vie! Based on the life of another! Good stuff! I’m totally going to pass my test next time!!! Ga will not be ready for me!!! Thank you Joe!!

I love watching your videos!
Hello! Great videos! I am learning so much. Question On termination of easement by abandonment, how many years does it have to be abandoned?

the commission for an “open listing” is “open” to whoever brings the buyer
