Officially, yes. The members fought to get their name trademarck and around a year ago they got it. Most probably the rights of their song are still with SoMu but they seems fine with the girls using them. The girls have told they are.willing to sing as Gfriend again but given they have each one their own endevours it might take a while. For all purposes Gfriend is no more but the members have the rights to the name and are willing to use it.
