Habitat Modular Homes Groundbreaking Ceremony

On September 19th, we had a groundbreaking ceremony for 10 modular homes in Collinwood. Each home is a 3-bed, 2-bath, 1,350 sq. ft. These modular homes, which are an addition to the four modular homes that were installed on September 5th, are built by Champion Homes.
In total, we plan to have 19 Habitat modular homes installed in three neighborhoods in Cleveland this year.
Thank you to everyone who helped us secure funding for these modular homes. We would also like to thank all our donors, volunteers, and supporters who make the dream of affordable homeownership possible.
We also acknowledged the memory of the late Gus Frangos and his deep commitment to affordable homeownership.
