The Shining Comet If you can set it to permanent max you could conceivably set it to permanent zero. Not that it's a good idea, but it's certainly plausible.
+The Shining Comet (ShiningComet222) Just make the boost mesh invisible (like many have already) and you can lower the speed boost it gives you since it's been raised before with that one unleashed physics mod.
