If you´re not familiar to the rules of the game I made an explanation for how to play a game of ski here: stompittutorials.com/tutorials/how-to-play-a-game-of-ski/
I’m so happy you’re back to making videos! Here’s to a great season ahead. Wishing Vincent a speedy recovery. What a bummer... I broke my collar bone midway through the 2018/19 season. No fun at all. However, after fully recovering from surgery I dedicated myself to rehab & conditioning and came back better and stronger for the 2019/20 season! I’m sure Vincent will too!
Holy shizz Vinnie, take it easy, hope it was an easy break and you get healed soon! NO raising your arm above shoulder height until it's fully healed. (I had to have a plate in mine for a few months)
Stomp it the best ski videos on UA-cam with a sense of humor are back, cant wait to see what you have lined up for us this season, hope vincent recovers quickly.
i always wear a helmet and back protection. one day i was on the side of the slope asking something to my friend and someone crashed full speed into my back, (my vision was black after the hit) i flew maybe 10 meters and landed on my head on the hard packed snow, it wasnt funny, i couldn't move for two weeks.
I’m hoping Vincent will start wearing a helmet after this injury ... I wonder if he sustained a concussion in the process? In my experience though, my helmet didn’t do much to protect my collar bone or shoulders, but the impact broke the shell of the helmet - I shudder to think what would have happened to my head.
Hi Jens! I've been skiing forever now probably since I was 6 and I'm 17 now. I just bought my first pair of twin tip skis to have a bit more fun while skiing :) Any tips on how to overcome fear of injury while hitting jumps or rails?
Love ur vids. Greetings from the hometown of skiing, Norway! U should come here once. And i was wondering if the the faction prodigy 2.0 skiis are any good? Thinking about buying them
There’s probably some sort of bubble suit a skier can wear to protect against that dreaded slam to the ground. Really looking forward to ski season kicking off over here in the states!
Nice skis. Looking at the bent chetler 100. I am 173 cm and 67 kg. Want to ski some powder and not sink but also have a lot of play and fun on the harder conditions stuff. I like to ski steeper stuff and trees but want to get into the freestyle realm too. Do you think I should go 172 or 180 for the length. What’s the most versatile ski size for me?
Hey Jens! Love the videos, and I’m so hyped for this upcoming season from Mount Hood, Oregon! I was just wondering if you thought that Armada ARV 96 UL skis with Marker Griffon ID 13 bindings would be a good combo. I was torn between those skis or your very own Atomic Bent Chetlers but I opted for Armada due to the lower price tag :/ Let me know what you think, and keep up the great videos!
is the new bent chetler 100 good for beginning freestyle skiing and good on normal slopes and sometimes powder bcs i cant find a good twin tip ski thats also fast on normal slopes
Ugh it's gonna be 2 months before there is even close to enough snow for us to ski and even more afraid COVID will chase crowds from big mountains to our little mountain
I have only flexed the ski and I would say no its not. It too stiff to be any fun for a beginner. The price indicates that it would be a beginner ski but I think its not.
While I agree he should be wearing a helmet, Vincent nor Jens has any responsibility for other people's actions or their lack of common sense toward safety. Individual responsibility is lacking these days.
I kind of agree but also not. People have to choose themselves how much risk they want to take in life. Do you want to take risks as in chucking double corks, ski fast, wear or not to wear a helmet. I choose to wear a helmet, carefully practise and learn new stuff as safely as I can.

not yet snow in finland.. cannot wait
Nice video man. And quick recovery for Vincent
where's vincent's helmet
I prefer it when my friends wear a helmet but I do not force it upon anyone I just recommend it.

@@estellahassrick3407 I just bought them too, and i tested them twice already. They are a little heavy but they are really good
@@oliverlang5553 awesome, I'm super excited to ski on them once I get some snow
Buen trabajo chavalon ⛷
Well I can’t tell you how happy I am to realize I am not the only skier you know that’s broken a bone catching an edge trying to do a 180.
Well it's feels like shit like that happens when you least expect it.

Sick, where is this? Hows the snow right now?
Hintertux 10 days ago. Then it was good and now probably better its has snowed some more on the alps of late.
What size ski length do you ride? Thanks!
Good vid

No ski can do everything perfectly. How ever it does turn well and is real fun in the park and up to boot deep pow.
@@StompItTutorials ok thats true but the bent chetler is a good option right i think the bent chetler is also fast right?
