- Chicken wings and tacos. Boba tea, steaks... And cockroaches. Most of that sounds good, unfortunately, all of it’s on the Dirty Dining menu tonight.
Dang!! If you watch this show, you will never dine out again.

I don't have a damn clue where to eat anymore
First thing I look for as soon as I enter a restaurant now is that “A” Grade on the wall and how long ago was the last inspection dated on that document. Darci Spears has me hyper aware of where I eat out now. Thank you Darci, keep up the excellent reporting
Also I would like to know if they were ever shut down or if that A was achieved after reinspection.

I've cooked professionally for 10 years of my life, and in one restaurant that I worked, I was the only person in the kitchen. That means I had to prep, cook, and wash dishes, then keep the place clean by myself. I would change gloves literally every time I touched something new, and was required to wash hands every time I changed gloves. I had an inspector sitting next to me as I was working the line for that restaurant, and got super swamped(Again, I was alone), and he told me what I already knew about washing my hands, but I literally just couldn't afford to lose the time between glove changes, and he was sincerely a sweetheart. He saw the struggle that I had, and understood it wasn't my issue, it was the owner's issue for allowing me to work an entire kitchen by my lonesome.... The issue went directly to the owner, and I was not in the wrong. I appreciate that man for understanding the stress I was under that day. The owner is a bitch too, no wonder he allowed me to work alone

Gloves are not clean, unless changed often.
That’s what I seen in most Chinese restaurants, many of them used the same gloves all day, and if they need to take it off, they leave it on the side and put the same gloves back on after🙄

Yeah, I’m afraid this nasty 🤮 mess happens a lot in restaurants, I continually catch employees touching their mask while preparing food as I walk out..... GROSS

Wingstop is a horrible place to eat chicken I got sick from the location in Phoenix Arizona near Chandler I was very bad second from raw and poisonous chicken I had a stomach virus and it’s been two years and I’m still not right and all they can tell me was we are so sorry should have been $1 million case but that’s my fault for not getting a lawyer Wingstop should be closed because they do not take chicken prep seriously best place to go is Buffalo wild wings never had a issue

It takes everyone working together to keep your grade up. the workers should care more about their jobs. you don't get paid when you're closed down.
It is a leadership problem first and foremost. Most of these things are small businesses. Ones that are chains it's their management (not just restaurant manager but DM as well) if managers were doing their jobs kitchen staff wouldn't have a choice but to do theirs
There’s also the issue of the lack of decent punishment for these. If they were warned multiple times to clean shit up but refuses OR if the violations were so disgustingly high the first couple times, make it so you can easily get arrested and jailed up for at least a year and if it were to continue, up to 5 years in prison.
That may sound harsh but being this disgusting, you might as well be classified as poisoning people and if they were sick enough, any decent lawyer can spin it as an attempted manslaughter.
