how did u get ur cam view like this ? i once had the camera moving setting but it somehow is gone and now i cant adjust my camera like this anymore
Press f6 and cycle to the camera u want.
I think it works on some cars so if i doesn't work what you can do is adjust your first person camera to be outside the car
