I live in Australia, fire works are illegal and can only be set off by pyrotechnics at events over water because we are so dry and hot the fire risk is way too high.

I love July 4 as well.🇺🇸♥️ that being said, I am really scared to death of fireworks. When my twin sister and I were in our early 20s, we were at a function and the fireworks are supposed to go straight up and they went towards us. We were fine, but were injured. You cannot play around with fireworks when you don’t know what you’re doing…, glad everything is well there and wishing you all a very happy weekend with lots of love, hugs prayers, and kindness with a daily dose of encouragement.♥️🇺🇸👍🏼🌹🙏🏼♥️

I'm from Germany and your 4th of July festivities are literally a mix of our Carneval ("Fasching") and New Year, since for Carneval we have a parade where people throw out candy for the kids and stuff and on New Years Eve we do fireworks! However, since both of these days are in winter (Carneval is usually in February), it can be quite chilly going outside. Doing these things in summer must be so fun!😄

So fun to see beautiful Bri! Her boys are SO cute! So glad the fire got put out quickly! It feels like fireworks have been causing a lot of fires lately! A couple of years ago we had some rogue fireworks that caused a fire at my MIL’s house. Luckily we had a feeling to have a hose ready before we started, and got it out quickly. Definitely scary though! Looks like a fun fourth! ❤

That's how ours ended too! A house caught on fire, and the family lost the entire home. Dog was rescued, and everyone was safe. Thank goodness, but firefighters had to return at 4am again because it reignited 😢

Same thing happened to us when I was a child in Kentucky. We set some dry brush in the woods on fire. Luckily it didn't get very big and the neighbors who were closer to it was able to put it out. Being young and dumb, I thought they were going to haul us off to jail.😁
Also, tell Bri that her youngest boy NEEDS to be in a commercial. If I have seen a cuter little boy, I can't recall it. An absolute darling.

Also, does Utah have laws/rules about fireworks? Here in TX, people light them off for the 4th, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year. They even light 'em off for birthdays. But we aren't dry like Utah. I'm glad the fire department was able to get it all under control, and no one got hurt.
